Bienvenue au Benihana où vous allez vivre une expérience culinaire inédite ! Assis en groupe autour d'une table commune, votre chef personnel vous fera découvrir l'art ancien du Teppanyaki. Chef did not introduce himself nor talk at all instead did to much instead trying to amuse himself by being or acting like circus instead of making food well or focus on cooking. Can tell brand new. Fried rice to salty & had a little plastic piece in it. Scallops under cooked inside & a little to cooked outside. Just not really impressed. Didn’t even song, just did not really impressed this time @ all was aight.

The good We had a reservation but had to wait 30 to 45 min but they offered us a california roll for the inconvenience which was nice. The servers and waiter was good! The bad We ended up with a hibachi cook that started with overcooked our steak, barely seasoned our food and wasn't very interactive. It was my son's first time and we barely got a show, less than 2 min, very disappointing! That's part of the ambiance. If you want an interactive cook who will give a fun show I would recommend Phil, Jose, or Mateo. They were awesome!

This was a terrible experience. We made a reservation to take my niece as she wanted to try it and she was in town. Our reservation was at 7:30pm, when we arrived at 7:20 the host said they were "running a few minutes behind schedule". At 8pm we went to see what the hold up was and they said "it shouldn't be much longer". We were about to leave 8:15pm and of course they called our name so we were led through this disgusting restaurant with food all over the floor and just an absolute mess. We get to the very back of the restaurant only for the host to say, "my mistake, your table still has people at it" My 9 year old niece was starving, it was almost an hour after our reservations with no end in sight. We left the restaurant and no one even seemed to care. This is just how they do business, apparently, and it was awful. No one called to give us a heads up, no one apologized, they told us to wait in the family-friendly bar area that had 1 bar tender on a Saturday night who also had to serve the other drinks. All the tables were sticky and gross. It was just an awful experience. And worst part was my niece who lives in a rural area out of state was really looking forward to this as shed rarely gets to go out to dinner unless she is here with us and she left disappointed and starving.

We had not been to Benihana in probably a decade and it was well worth it to thank our friends for supporting us. Our chef WELTON WAS FANTASTIC !!! Not just a great cook but he had quick humor that wasn’t too corny. He made it so much fun for us. The 4 of us each had something different and all thoroughly enjoyed it. Hibachi steak, hibachi chicken, filet with scallops and filet with lobster. All cooked perfectly. Took one star away for “ambiance”… it’s crowded, loud, and was freezing cold at our table next to the windows in the old building.

Our chef was good the only that we had little problem was with our waiter took time to check on us to get more soda or water

I have been to the restaurant tons of times. I drive from Colorado Springs to Denver to experience the food. My last few times coming the food has been different. The taste isn’t the same. I’ve noticed heavy seasoning (salty). They use red onion now instead of white/yellow. My bill was $213 and lately it’s not worth the drive or money.

I’ve been to Benihanas on Idrive in Orlando which is tough to match as it caters to the international community but the Denver one was very good. Food was delicious, service was good not excellent and our Hibachi chef was entertaining and not overly crazy with his theatrics like other chefs so pleased with that
