    I love coming for happy hour, but my dinner service was absolutely terrible today which is so shocking. John was beyond awesome he went over and beyond today and the food was amazing. He’s one of the best chefs I’ve experienced. Now on the other hand our waitress Tara was the worst waitress I’ve experienced since I’ve been eating at this location. She overcharged me twice and when I repeatedly showed her the price on the menu she told me that the $50.08 charge was correct not the price listed for $30.60. She wrote my order down incorrectly, which lead me to waiting extra time to get my order correctly prepared by John. She did not want my nephew to revive his complimentary birthday dessert, rushed us to cash out before singing for him, and still had my order incorrect when we were bagging our food which led us to wait again for her. She ignored our request for items, wouldn’t come clear the table, and had a horrible attitude the entire experience. Every time one of us asked a question she would ignore us, keep walking past us, and wouldn’t bring items we requested to the table. I asked for a manger and she never sent him to our table. I’ve eaten here for years and today alone made me not want to come back to this location. This is a huge disappointment for my family and I.

    Eli was a great cook and food was perfectly made and very good people and host was very friendly. Slow with service but overall great time

    Our chef was marginal to say the least and our server was taking care of four tables, so I really can’t blame her for the poor service, but it was WAY BELOW their normal standards.

    This is the first time we have been here since after Covid the room was very smoky from all the fires going. It was still fun and exciting the zucchini differently. They weren’t long strips. They were short little bites so they did burn a bit but other than that, the main entrées were really good. The chicken fried rice looked very different but everyone said it still tasted great. I did not eat any. I wish that they would have on their menu a no carb meal.

    I went there for my birthday (I included the occasion on my reservation). The waitress never asked if we were celebrating anything and after we told them it was my birthday still nothing. The chef was cool, but the waitress was unbothered. Maybe she was just having a rough night. I wish I was making this up, but almost every other table around us had a birthday, and got a birthday song, and all the things. We got nothing. By the time we were ready to leave, it didn't matter anymore. We were able to make light of the situation but I probably won't be back!

    We came in for a birthday dinner and waited about 15 minutes. I don't understand why when we had a reservation that we were on time for. Get to the table and it was still taking forever. Our waitress was very unprofessional and not a people person, She leaned on the table while taking our orders and was very short. She never asked if we were celebrating and if anyone had a coupon. She forgot things we asked for and when we tried to tell her she acted like we were irritating her. Our chef took forever but once he came out he was much better than her but was still odd. He had a weird since of humor and had these toys that squirted out water but the were dirty looking. Not a good look at all. The chef was just piling butter on without asking if we wanted it. He asked was cooking the chicken and steak at the same time and cross contaminating the utensils. We never got a birthday acknowledgement or song. I think it was very rude. I never come to this location but due to work schedules it was the closest to the birthday person's job. We won't be back because no one does anything to correct a terrible experience and I really don't understand it. We will be looking for a new hibachi restaurant to patronize.

    Took over 30 minutes just to get drinks. A hour and a half to start cooking our food. The waitress was extremely rude. Won’t be back to this location
