We just enjoyed the chef Antonio and our waitress so much and our food was amazing like always.

When we arrived for our reservation we had to wait about 10 minutes before someone came to the front to seat us. The server in the back saw us and looked at us several times but never acknowledged us or apologize for the wait. When we finally sat down, the same server that didn’t acknowledge us as we waited was our server. She was very unprofessional. She sat down at the table to take our order. When the first portion of the meal was delivered the soup was cold. She didn’t come back for a long time for me to say anything. Our chef did not do the traditional dining experience things you expect at a Benihana’s. No engagement with us at all. He cooked in silence. All the chefs that day cooked in silence. It was very strange.We had to ask for the sauces that went with our meals and when we got them he only gave to one person and we had to ask again. At the end of our meal we were supposed to get our desert. The waitress never gave into us and when we asked for it to go, she packed all of the sherbet in one container when we were 3 different people with 3 different checks and locations. The experience was very disappointing. The staff as a whole acted as if they didn’t want to be there and they treated the customers the same way.

The chef overcooked our steak…. Ordered medium and it was well done. Burned the onions and zucchini and served it LAST. Ran out of food to serve a table of 8 (rice and veggies). Chef was nice though. I feel with more time, training and experience, he will do well. He seemed nervous but did well with the ‘tricks and entertainment’ portion of the meal. Waitress was very attentive.

We felt welcomed once we walked in. This is our second time at the locating dining in and the service is always great. We enjoyed our waitress and cook. The food was amazing as well.

Worst time ever at this location. Sat 30 minutes after our reservation. Was given no napkins, we didn’t get drinks for about her 20 minutes. Took another 20 to get soups and salads and our cook was awful wearing his mask we couldn’t hear a thing he said he was rude to the couple beside us when they asked why he wasn’t doing what the other cooks were doing as far as entertaining like normal. The couple was told he gets paid less then a McDonald’s worker and there were no kids at the table. Took him forever to cook the food as he was plating it he was dropping peoples steak on the table instead of the plate mostly. He was giving everyone different portions sizes of food which was making the hole table irritated. No one got refills or sauces we asked the waitress we were told the cook had the sauces. Horrible service all the way around and horrible very long experience. Won’t be back. Oh and the dress code is a joke. There were people wearing pajama pants no joke at the table across from us. The waitresses uniform was dirty and she had an attitude with everyone at our table. High prices with low class service and food. Worst experience we have ever had at a Benihana.

Service was terrible, waitress came by about 30 minutes after our drinks were empty, meal came with green tea, we never received, 3 sauces for food we had to ask for and we received them in to go bowls with kids because we were all finished eating and packing up our leftovers. Our meals came with ice cream or sherbet which we were never offered. We asked for it when we were leaving then told there were out of it. We were there celebrating our son's birthday which the waitress was told and he was never recognized for.

I will never visit this location again. Fed up with poor service, subpar food prep, matter of fact customer service practices, and doing just enough to get by.

The outside of the building looks awful , it needs to be cleaned up bad. The food and staff are great.
