    The waitress was very nice and good but the experience was trash definitely not the same Benihana from before Covid ordered 3 different drinks and still didn’t get any of them because the bar just didn’t have the ingredients

    Overall the food was good, but they forgot the whole tables yum yum sauce, did not ask or bring our icecream or tea. For the price of our bill the service should have been excellent not mediocre.

    The waitress Stephanie, what’s the most rudest waitress I have ever came in contact with she didn’t make my experience their pleasant at all and just on the counter that alone I want probably never go back to that location again and don’t recommend that location

    I came here because my girlfriend had never been here before and I wanted to use my birthday coupon before it expired. Our waiter was the worst when it came down to the service she barely greeted us and didn't even ask if anyone was celebrating anything. I figured it was just because she had a long day and wasn't really thinking much about it until the other party at the table asked me is it just them or is something wrong with the demeanor of our waitress. I noticed that she took our orders but never really asked me or my companion if we needed anything afterwards. I will admit that my lady didn't know what she wanted because she had never been but the way the waitress handled the situation was a little rude. She said I'll just come back with an attitude and walked off. I wasn't expecting a 5 star dining experience but the way the waitress was acting definitely dampened the mood and rubbed off on the entire table. I always leave a tip but she almost didn't get one yesterday. I cannot see myself going back to that specific Benihana restaurant again because it seems as if there is a problem everytime I visit that specific one. I'm sure that I would have had a better time at the one in Novi. It's sad to see this kind of thing happening when you try to go out to eat and there definitely needs to be some sort of Hospitality Training for the staff because they definitely need it.

    Benihana service has decreases significantly. I've been frequenting Dearborn locattion for very long time. The host was nasty eye-rolling because we didn't want to sit at entrance to be passed by all dining room patrons. She & server were making sour comments about our party & waitress gave us plastic utensils opposed to actually silverware. Chef was as expected but thumbs down to the rest.

    We went there using the girlfriend’s birthday coupon. Still spent $91 beyond that! My complaint though was that when cooking, the smoke was heavily engulfing us the entire time. The cook kept apologizing, but insisted the fan was on. We walked out of there covered in the smell of the food and I had to put on my sunglasses just so the smoke didn’t burn my eyes any more. It really was that bad. Food was good. Service was slow but got better as the experience went on. But to spend that kind of money and sit in a plume of continuous smoke was ridiculous.

    The waiter was excellent but the cook was angry he wasn’t communicating he forgot to give cook us everything we were supposed to have with our meal. Most of the staff is horrible here it’s time for a new look my last few experiences have been horrible.
