Bienvenue au Benihana pour une expérience culinaire unique ! Vous serez assis autour de tables communes en groupe, où votre chef personnel manipulera devant vous l'art ancien du Teppanyaki. Our waitress was awesome. We ordered a table at the hibachi Grill, but when we got there, there was a party for six for a surprise birthday and we are the odd three people out the snotty hostess wouldn’t even answer me, but just stare at me when I said, I don’t think we want to sit at this table. She only could say this is communal seating and I said well maybe we should just sit at a regular table and she pointed to the other room and said just go in there and grab a table or something to that. On the way out, In a very nice way because I’m not one of those people, you probably shouldn’t sit three people with a party for eight at the hibachi Grill when they’re having a surprise party and all she could do was just stare at me with an icy look. So I just walked out. Hadn’t been to a Benihana in several years and was hoping for a great experience, but that was not the case. Maybe it was an off night who knows. By the way, I never write a review.

We had a delightful dinner with another family whose younger daughter was celebrating a birthday as was I. The food was delicious and the staff attentive. It was a good evening indeed.

Wayne was our server and his customer service was impeccable. He was engaging, professional and entertaining. Wayne worked multiple tables but he was always on time with refills and making sure he stayed engaged and present. If he lived in my state I would definitely have him come work for me. He made my experience and night worth the visit.

Our reservation was at 8:00 for a party of 9 they seated us at 8:05. The waitress took our order brought out or drinks salad and soup, but after that the waitress never came back to check on us. We waited forever and it seemed like they forgot about us 1 hour later we asked what was they hold up and then at 9:25 the chef stated that the chef assigned to our table quit and he had to take over. The chef was great. The manager never came to apologize or even show his/her face. This location is run down management is poor. Never ever will I come back

Host and front of house manager were clearly struggling with the basic task of seating tables on time and correctly. Did not sit until 45 minutes after reservation and they initially tried to seat our party at a table with not enough actual seats. In addition, they were seating 10-12 people at hibachi grills meant to seat 8. Overall a very poor experience and I will not come back to this location.
