Bienvenue au Benihana pour une expérience culinaire unique ! Vous serez assis autour de tables communes en groupe, où votre chef personnel manipulera devant vous l'art ancien du Teppanyaki. Observez-le couper les aliments, préparer un repas qui éblouira vos yeux et enchantera vos papilles, que vous choisissiez le succulent steak, le poulet tendre ou encore les délicieux fruits de mer. I celebrated my birthday last night and I really enjoyed myself. Arsene was our cook and Nini was our server and they were soo cool

I usually get really excited for my Benihana trips!! This one just wasn’t their best night..

Wasn't happy with how the guest weren't able to see individually how much they owed. Waiter didn't suggest kids menu to our guests with children. Wasn't given an opportunity to decide on additional tips, instead it was automatically added to check. Felt rushed to end our birthday celebration. VERY POOR EXPERIENCE!!!

Our waitress was awesome. We ordered a table at the hibachi Grill, but when we got there, there was a party for six for a surprise birthday and we are the odd three people out the snotty hostess wouldn’t even answer me, but just stare at me when I said, I don’t think we want to sit at this table. She only could say this is communal seating and I said well maybe we should just sit at a regular table and she pointed to the other room and said just go in there and grab a table or something to that. On the way out, In a very nice way because I’m not one of those people, you probably shouldn’t sit three people with a party for eight at the hibachi Grill when they’re having a surprise party and all she could do was just stare at me with an icy look. So I just walked out. Hadn’t been to a Benihana in several years and was hoping for a great experience, but that was not the case. Maybe it was an off night who knows. By the way, I never write a review.

We had a delightful dinner with another family whose younger daughter was celebrating a birthday as was I. The food was delicious and the staff attentive. It was a good evening indeed.

It was a good experience the other table waiter just happen to waste stuff on me so I had a wet shirt from sauce and my waiter took forever to come with checks and anything we asked but the food was good

Wayne was our server and his customer service was impeccable. He was engaging, professional and entertaining. Wayne worked multiple tables but he was always on time with refills and making sure he stayed engaged and present. If he lived in my state I would definitely have him come work for me. He made my experience and night worth the visit.
