Bienvenue au Benihana pour une expérience culinaire unique ! Vous serez assis autour de tables communes en groupe, où votre chef personnel manipulera devant vous l'art ancien du Teppanyaki. Observez-le couper les aliments, préparer un repas qui éblouira vos yeux et enchantera vos papilles, que vous choisissiez le succulent steak, le poulet tendre ou encore les délicieux fruits de mer. Vous pouvez également déguster des sushis préparés par un chef talentueux et apprécier un cocktail spécial. Le Benihana Dallas ressemble à une ferme japonaise nichée au cœur de l'effervescence de la ville. Le restaurant est entouré par un lac rempli de carpes koï. The cook Preston needs more experience, this is the second that he has cooked for me and each time he burned up the rice and the chicken. Last time 2 guest walked out and others received gift cards, I understand that you guys are short cooks but he definitely needs to go back to training

Even after the grill didn't work, the manager and staff went beyond to accommodate my, family, friends and me. It's was my bday celebration and they made it a good one ! The cook was crazy and waiter was cool. I recommend this Benihana all the time.

They did a great job with 5 rowdy 3rd graders for a birthday dinner!!

We'd love the food and experience at this Beni Hana's. Alberto put on a great show with the delicious food and the waitress was attentive and very friendly. Kids and adults both loved the food too!

Everything was dirty! The bathrooms, dining room including the menus. Food was ok but not for the price.

Sadly, this meal was a huge disappointment. If I could give 0 stars, I would. It was a special birthday celebration for my son and brought my family of four. I had a reservation for a communal table at 1:30 and was sat at the very back table with another party of 5, so it was a tight fit. We waited until 2:36 to even begin the meal, I checked my watch. The chef was exhausted from finishing the table next to us. It was very rushed and low key, he seemed to just want to finish. There was no 'happy birthday' or celebration or energy. As we left, I noticed the larger room with communal tables and the servers were laughing and singing 'happy birthday'. It was a huge disappointment and unfortunately, I can't do a do-over with my son's birthday. I never write a review, I'm very content with things and accept graciously, but this was for my family. I would love to have my money back!!

We had a reservation for 7pm and checked right in at 7pm and we did not get sat until 8pm and our party had to be split up. It was such a mess in there and don’t want to go back since it was not a good experience.

Six of us enjoyed a birthday celebration for five of us. We had shrimp tempura, Benihana Delight, Rocky's Choice steak & chicken, Samurai Treat, hibachi chicken & hibachi chicken rice. Evie provided excellent service, and Alex did a great job of cooking the food and entertaining us while he did it. The food was very good. We will be back

Everything started off good but then drinks were forgotten, food was passed through the tables hands bs served, spoons weren’t brought, rice wasn’t brought, food was way over salted and overcooked, sauces were way to acidic with vinegar, drinks were empty most of the meal, had to continually ask for refills and even had to get a busboy to find someone to get our checks. Room a few tables down was screaming so loud we couldn’t even talk to each other. Worst experience I have ever had here and certainly nowhere near the dining experience one would expect from Benihanas.

My daughter loves hibachi on her birthday and this is her spot. Our service personally was good. We had Evie. Our service waa pretty quick with minimal wait for our chef. However our sister table in the same space was there BEFORE us and were just getting their chef as we were starting dessert. It was bad! There was an older couple celebrating their anniversary and they were first timers. They mgr was rude and not accommodating. When they complained that they were their first (which we seconded) he was dismissive. They comped them some edamame. Not sure how it shakes out at the end. I’m hoping they comped their meal. The restaurant overall needs updating. It’s very old. We love hibachi but don’t frequent it bc it’s no aesthetically appealing.
