Bienvenue au Benihana pour une expérience culinaire unique ! Vous serez assis autour de tables communes en groupe, où votre chef personnel manipulera devant vous l'art ancien du Teppanyaki. Host and front of house manager were clearly struggling with the basic task of seating tables on time and correctly. Did not sit until 45 minutes after reservation and they initially tried to seat our party at a table with not enough actual seats. In addition, they were seating 10-12 people at hibachi grills meant to seat 8. Overall a very poor experience and I will not come back to this location.

First time in a while I felt like the place was spotless. Wednesday night birthday dinner had us at our own grill. The chef was great and actually showed some new "tricks". Very glad it was a quiet night, since we were able to talk and hear each other. The hibachi chicken, steak, all the appetizers were very very good. I'm glad my son wanted to go here because we had a family great meal, since most of the time expectations are low.

The service was okay but nothing like we have experienced in the past. Our food was the best and the server was NOT as energetic as we are accustomed to. We had a few first-time diners with us, and they were never asked from the server if it was their first time so we had to explained what would be expected.

Food was good, but for some reason the service is always horrible! The alcohol drinking people they sat us with was getting their food and 2nd round of drinks before I even got my first drink and it was only a tea . I mean how hard is that . Food is always good but the service could definitely use a little work. We would go more often but it’s every time we go we have a problem with the service.

We’ve come to Benihana every year for birthdays. It’s always been a great experience and food has always been good. We must have gotten the B Team chef last night. He was very nice, but I honestly think it was his first time. He was trying so hard to do all the spatula and fork moves at the beginning, but the spatula kept flying across the table. He kept trying, but should have moved on. He broke two eggs during the whole egg spin and flip deal, too. It was awkward. Several people ordered chicken fried rice. He served the two veggie fried rice portions first, and then added in chicken for the others. By the time my son and I got ours, the chicken was mostly gone. We had maybe three pieces in each of our servings. It just wasn’t spread out evenly across each portion. I also noticed a huge chunk of egg and several huge chunks of white rice on the grill that he didn’t mix in. I kept thinking he would, but he didn’t for whatever reason. Next, he started the chicken. He served four people first, but pushed two servings off to the side of the grill for some reason and started the vegetables. I’m not sure why he didn’t serve my son and my daughter’s friend theirs, but it just sat there, continuing to cook while he started the vegetables. He served everyone their vegetables, and then was about to start the shrimp, when I reminded him about my daughter’s friend who has an allergy, and that he needed to serve her her chicken first. He apologized and served her, and my son, too, whose chicken was also just sitting there. The chicken portions were very meager. I got a ton of shrimp, but my son and the rest of our party’s chicken servings were very small. I’m not sure if he miscalculated or if the restaurant is reducing portions to save money, but it wasn’t enough. My son had to eat a second dinner when he got home because he felt like all he ate was veggies and rice. Last thing to add, my daughter didn’t get her steamed rice until the end of her meal. Disappointing.
