Our experience was fabulous. Our waiter was Ryan and he was great. He was always around, very attentive and I will be requesting him if we’re ever back in the Dallas area. The food was cooked to perfection and the drinks were delicious.

Excellent food, great quality, good customer service, amazing ambiance and atmosphere! Love the food at Benihana, absolutely tasty and yummy. Been to this Benihana before a year or two ago and this is the second time I came here!

The filet 5 course hibachi was delicious. The meat was so tender and buttery. Our chef did a great job.

I hosted a dinner for 7 and every one of my guests were delighted with the service, food, and ambiance. The other table in our room was having as much fun as we were, so it was a good time had by all.

We had not been to Benihana's in a while, and being my husband's birthday he choose to go to Benihana, we were excited because the last time we went was years ago and the food and service was great, dang! Things changed, walked in and was not greeted with kindness, and was told to go and sit down, and when we got to the table, we did not sit down there was bugs flying around, those little pesty fruit files, and bad dark ambience and staff, lol, just what we experienced.

The worst experience I’ve ever had while dining at Benihana. They decided to sit a very large group of young guys that were beyond obnoxious and very intoxicated and the manager didn’t do anything to fix the situation.

The food was making flavor and the rice was a disappointment. The onion soup tasked like dish water. It is normally my favorite but it was sad and not good tasting
