Maniant ses ustensiles avec dextérité, il élaborera devant vous ses créations culinaires, steak savoureux, poulet tendre ou fruits de mer succulents, qui ne manqueront pas de combler votre palais et de ravir vos yeux. Vous pourrez également déguster des sushi préparés par un chef talentueux et des cocktails maison. Installé au sommet d'une colline dans le centre commercial Vallco Fashion, l'authentique steakhouse teppanyaki Benihana est le restaurant le plus populaire de Cupertino pour déguster de succulents steaks, du poulet tendre ou des fruits de mer savoureux préparés sur commande sur le grill hibachi. Went on a Wednesday night with reservations and still had to wait about 45 mins to get seated and then service was not good because they are understaffed. Meats were bland with barely any flavor and table cook was boring and didn’t really put on a show. Total cost for 6 people was $700 with $100 tip. Will not be going in the future and would not recommend it.

Had reservations for Birthday dinner. We were seated on time with a nice group of people. The food server was fabulous even though the restaurant was short staffed. The chef was personable and fun to watch. Thoroughly enjoyed our experience.

We had a 7:30 PM reservation and were not seated at a table until 1 hour and 10 minutes later. Once we were seated, the service was great. The food was great, except that the shrimp ended up a bit burnt. I have been going for years and would go again.

Made reservations for 7:00pm but we were not seated until 8:30pm, defeats the purpose of making reservations. When we asked when we would be seated we were told there are 4 parties in front of you. We waited some more and 7 parties called later we asked again when we would be seated they said there are now 2 parties in front of us. We waited all while listening to the blonde host be disrespectful and rude to other waiting guest. Not sure why management put her in a position of hosting because she out right talks about guest to the other team members. Not a good look for the company. Once we were seated the food and chef was great! We've always enjoyed the food here and understand that there is a wait especially on a Saturday but never have we had to wait 1.5 hours with reservation.
