Came to Benihana again to celebrate a Birthday. This time for a great friend in Alex. The Fried Rice is always the Best! We always order 2 orders each and this time the 2 for 1 promo made it more enjoyable knowing you were paying less. Regardless, we always order 2 as left overs are great to experience the next day. I’ve been coming to the same Benihana for over 40 years and will continue to for years to come.

The service and food was amazing! Staff was friendly. The chef was funny, making jokes while cooking, putting on a good show.

OK experience. Room is noisy. Food is generally good but nothing special. Best deal is the birthday coupon. Not sure we would come without one.

Took my daughter for her Birthday. Always a great experience and great food. The Server was very attentive. He was by often to see how we were doing and was on top of his service making sure our drinks were full. Will definitely be back soon!

whats the point of making a revervation!! i made reservations at 715pm when we got there the front desk was packed nobody was friendly and to be told we had to wait 30min for our table! WHATS THE POINT OF A RESERVATION!!!!!!!!! 1 hour later we got seated but then to only wait another 40 min for our chef to arrive this was BS this place is so unproffessional my party wasnt the only party affected everyone around us was complaing about reservations. you guys have to do better than this no structure whats soever.

Our reservation was at 6:45 for a birthday celebration we waited almost an hour after our scheduled reservation time. When I inquired about our table after waiting 30 minutes the hostels had a major attitude and said verbatim “Oh if we called you you would know, you still need to wait.” They were busy but tables with reservations shouldn’t be waiting an hour. We didn’t get our chef to the table until 845. Being seated so late we weren’t able to keep our plans after dinner cause it was too late. Kind of a bummer considering it was a birthday celebration. It seems they grossly overbooked themselves. Our bill was $450 with no visit from manger to apologize or compinsate for the extended wait.

Reservation at 6 pm, didn’t seat us until 7, added 2 strangers to our table but only gave us 6 seats for party of 7 people, and NO manager there doing anything to deal with the delays, seating problems, etc. Place run by 3 hostesses at front without any manager helping them. Not happy.

I was over the top happy with everything from meeting the most wonderful managers, Lucian and Macias You are the best managers and treated me like gold ! Our server was Rosemary and she was outstanding Our chef was David and he put on the most beautiful show and cooked everything to delicious perfection! I can’t wait to go back because of the very very very, very, very wonderful experience I had!!! It was a blast, thank you all !!!
