Bienvenue au Benihana pour une expérience culinaire hors du commun ! Vous serez assis en groupe à des tables communes, où votre chef personnel s'adonnera devant vous à l'art ancien du Teppanyaki. Maniant ses ustensiles avec dextérité, il élaborera devant vous ses créations culinaires, steak savoureux, poulet tendre ou fruits de mer succulents, qui ne manqueront pas de combler votre palais et de ravir vos yeux. Vous pourrez également déguster des sushi préparés par un chef talentueux et des cocktails maison. Installé au sommet d'une colline dans le centre commercial Vallco Fashion, l'authentique steakhouse teppanyaki Benihana est le restaurant le plus populaire de Cupertino pour déguster de succulents steaks, du poulet tendre ou des fruits de mer savoureux préparés sur commande sur le grill hibachi. Our reservation was at 7pm didn’t get sat till 8pm and didn’t eat till 9:30pm and left at 10pm!!! I didn’t expect dinner to be 3 hours! Our waitress was gone for awhile I thought she went home but then at the end she came back, also chef forgot to make my extra chicken fried rice to go after mentioned 3 times even smoke to the two other waitresses to bring out the ingredients so he could make it , but that never happened.

Went on a Wednesday night with reservations and still had to wait about 45 mins to get seated and then service was not good because they are understaffed. Meats were bland with barely any flavor and table cook was boring and didn’t really put on a show. Total cost for 6 people was $700 with $100 tip. Will not be going in the future and would not recommend it.

Had reservations for Birthday dinner. We were seated on time with a nice group of people. The food server was fabulous even though the restaurant was short staffed. The chef was personable and fun to watch. Thoroughly enjoyed our experience.
