Bienvenue au Benihana pour une expérience culinaire hors du commun ! Vous serez assis en groupe à des tables communes, où votre chef personnel s'adonnera devant vous à l'art ancien du Teppanyaki. Maniant ses ustensiles avec dextérité, il élaborera devant vous ses créations culinaires, steak savoureux, poulet tendre ou fruits de mer succulents, qui ne manqueront pas de combler votre palais et de ravir vos yeux. Vous pourrez également déguster des sushi préparés par un chef talentueux et des cocktails maison. Installé au sommet d'une colline dans le centre commercial Vallco Fashion, l'authentique steakhouse teppanyaki Benihana est le restaurant le plus populaire de Cupertino pour déguster de succulents steaks, du poulet tendre ou des fruits de mer savoureux préparés sur commande sur le grill hibachi. Love this place! We go to Benihana for special family events, entertainment, and food is yummy! Prices are pretty steep - expect $100 per adult. $24 for a kids chicken fingers ala carte? Party of 5 adults, 1 toddler- $30 off Birthday Coupon & $100 gift card, still $378 (only 2 adults had a cocktail) Don’t forget to ask for the free photo, nice keepsake

Long wait time after checked in at my reservation time. (25 mins wait and we checked in on time.)

Our reservation was for 830 we didn’t get seated until 930. Took another hour to get a chef to start cooking and our rice was undercooked. It took almost another hour to get our food , some of the other families at the table walked out due to the poor service and food quality. Not our best experience here.

We got seated over an hour after our reservation. They said they seated walk-ins sooner that delayed our table. When we were finally seated we waited 15minutes for our drink order. A table of the same size was seated 10 minutes after us and they were served everything from meals to beverages before us, in fact we didn’t have a chef come by for 30minutes!! So we just watched the table that came after us eat and we were hungry. With kids we started to get our first soup at 8:35 with a 6:45 reservation, horrible! We marked it was a birthday for our daughter and ever table but ours had a group sing for them, we had just the waiter. Chef was nice and and food was delicious when he finally arrived. Horrible overall experience as we had kids getting tired and really hungry.

Service was great, the staff is super friendly and attentive. The food is good but lacks some flair that Benihana used to have, maybe it’s just me but the family had a good time which is all that counts

It's as authentic as Medieval Times, and I love it exactly because of that. The chef's showmanship is the best part of the experience. Of course, it's a tightly scripted show, so it'll be the same each time you dine at Benihana. That's why you can come back for the food. The amount of garlic butter used in all the food is very generous. Combine that with the post-pandemic price of eating out in general, a Benihana dinner might be best enjoyed for special occasions. On the weeknight we went, it seems like every table was doing a birthday dinner. That might make it routine for the Benihana staff, but it will still be your special occasion. They do have a lunch menu that's much more reasonable than dinner pricing. I'm glad they have the option, and I'd like to try it in the near future. Do not dine in your best dress, however. The hot place cooking takes place right in front of you. Your clothes will smell of smoke until you make the effort of washing them. This is no different from going to Korean BBQ or yakiniku. Just be aware of it.

Our waiter was very good. He made sure that our drinks were full and fresh. He constantly there asking if we needed anything. Our chef was very good. Worked so hard. He made sure our food tasted better. Every time he gave our food, he will asked how it tasted!
