If I could have given ZERO stars, I would have Im NOT the person who likes to leave bad reviews but I have no choice but to do so this time. I had to wait a few minutes before they sat hubby and I Not a problem. While waiting to be seated, the hostess was telling us about the $40 5 course special only avail in the bar area We still chose to do hibachi style. We were sat down and after 12 min of waiting for our waiter to take our drink order and looking the menu over (still NO waiter came) we realized sitting in the front area was more of a bang for your buck and better deal and moved to the front area Here we sat a total of 14min where there was one Hispanic waiter attending ONE table and we were the 2nd table waiting and NOBODY else was sitting in the area to be served except us. Was empty. Here’s the waiter walking back and forth to the only table he was handling bringing ONE sauce at a time to them on 2 occasions. He clearly sees us waiting and makes ZERO effort to taking our drink order. You have the bar maid serving the 2 people at the bar while the manager was at the bar talking to a customer not even paying attention to what was going on. Here comes our “waiter” if you want to call him that and we thought he was finally coming to attend to us and this kid has the nerve to start collecting dirty plates from an empty table and ignored us. At this point, my husband and I got up and proceeded to leave and he told the waiter “you guys are too slow here it’s ridiculous”. The waiter gave my husband a “thumbs up” and said “thank you”. I was in awe. The service was the worse and I’m glad we left and gave Outback the business the will never gain from us again and at a way better price with 100000% better service than this establishment. Mind you, the restaurant had enough staff there to service 10 parties and they were just walking around as well. Poor management there. I will NEVER EVER go back.

Everything was great, except service was a bit slow. Especially at the end of meal, had to get up and go to server to ask for our desert and check.

The chef was brand new and did not know how to cook. Burnt the chicken, burnt the scallops, didn’t make the fried rice the right way. And way undercooked the filet mignon, it was raw, and I ordered that medium rare.

Service was very slow. Even at the end of dinner when we had to pay the bill we had to wait 10 minutes for our server to show up. Salad was made up of mainly lettuce and a couple of cherry tomatoes. Soup was just some dishwater with a few sliced mushrooms. Also, when you're paying $35-$40 per meal fried rice shouldn't be an extra charge.

Cook was very old and had on mask. Could not hear a word he said. Service was very slow. Had to holler at waitress to get drink refills, etc. Had to ask for bill, after to waiting and waiting. Not happy at all.
