Ici, les clients sont tous rassemblés autour de la même table pour un moment de convivialité, où leur chef personnel leur expose sa maîtrise du Teppanyaki. Vous en aurez plein la vue! L’art ancien japonais du teppanyaki (cuisson des aliments sur plaque chauffante) n’aura plus de secrets pour vous. Il vous restera à faire votre choix parmi la diversité des mets proposés (boeuf, poulet, fruits de mer, etc.). My reservation was for 8:30p, we didn’t get seated until 9p. During our wait to be seated, another customer brought a “service dog” that was not following commands and peed on the hostess counter (not on the floor, ON THE COUNTER TOP). when we were seated it took another 30 minutes for our order to be taken. I made the unfortunate choice of choosing seafood - and was forced to watch our whole table be served their entire entrees before mine was started. As my food was being put on my plate (11p) the waitress was already charging everybody’s cards - since everyone else had finished their meals. While i do recognize that it was valentine’s day- it was unfortunate that i couldn’t eat during the hibachi experience. The food was good, but i had to eat it at home. Also - i never got my rice. The staff was pleasant, but they may need either hire more staff or book less reservations in a night.

I had high hopes for a special Valentine’s Day dinner at Benihana, but unfortunately, the experience fell far short of expectations. I ordered the Chateaubriand, expecting a perfectly cooked, tender cut of steak. However, despite requesting medium, what I received was well-done, tough, and completely lacking in flavor. The texture was unpleasantly chewy, making it a struggle to enjoy. The shrimp appetizer was another letdown. It was not cleaned properly, as I could still see the brown vein, which was very unappetizing. It’s disappointing that a restaurant of this caliber would overlook such a basic preparation step. Additionally, I ordered white rice, which was supposed to be brought out separately from the hibachi table. Instead, it didn’t arrive until it was time to pay, long after it would have been useful with my meal. From the overcooked steak to the poorly cleaned shrimp and the untimely arrival of my side dish, the overall experience was extremely disappointing. For the price and reputation of Benihana, I expected much better. Valentine’s Day is meant to be a special occasion, but unfortunately, this meal did not live up to the occasion. I won’t be rushing back anytime soon.

We went there for Valentine’s Day on 2/13/25 and basically it was a good experience, but the server did not change my wife’s drink and we had to ask

The people we sat with were amazing. We all had a great time. Anthony, our server, was on point and professional. Chen, our chef, was funny and amazing.

Had an early dinner reservation for the bar area, walked in and was told by the hostess we could sit anywhere, and then proceeded to sit, and sit, and sit without anyone coming over to provide us with menus, water, silverware, etc. Waited almost 10 minutes, then I got up to ask the hostess if anyone was waiting on us. Within a minute or two, someone came over but by that time we had zero confidence Benihana's ability to provide us with an acceptable dining experience, and just left

We enjoy going to Benihana but today’s hibachi cook did things in an off order way which made it weird. We received our shrimp appetizers after the rice. Cooked the lobster tail before the steak. All tasted bland when it’s usually very flavorful. It seemed off. But our server, Justin, was great.

Service was not up to par for an empty restaurant. Didn't get our salad until after food was cooked at the table. Felt rushed for my wife's birthday dinner..spend $200 for a dinner. Expect better.
