We had a great experience at Benihana's. The food and service were very good and the show was great.

We had a terrible experience last night for my kids birthday. I went with my parents my husband and my children. One of them was going to celebrate his third birthday at Benihana. We thought it would be fun but it turned out to be a terrible idea. They took an hour and a half to send the chef out to cook, my daughter was already crying because she was so hungry. And they did not even offer her some fried rice or even plain white rice , kids don’t eat salad or onion soup at benihana. Also, the air conditioner was not working and we were all sweating. We could not hear anyone talk or have a pleasant conversation. The chef was really nice. I’m sure it wasn’t his fault. Also, the waitress was nice, but I think they need more chefs. They overbooked the tables, definitely the wait was too long especially with children. Which should be considered when there aren’t many restaurants that are kid friendly.

Service was horrible, the AC was broken so it was very hot, food was okay, and the place smelt really bad. Waiter didn’t come to the table often. A very disappointed dinner for my husbands birthday.

The AC was not working it was very hot. Not ok for the type of food and service being offered. They took too long to send us the person that was going to cook, by the time he came out most of the group was not hungry anymore.

I love Benihanas but this particular location fell a little flat. The service was amazing! What was a bit disappointing was the show. The chef only did the onion volcano. No egg, shrimp, or heart beat tricks. We also didn't get our green tea or ice cream at the end. When it wasn't offered, I thought maybe we only ordered the 5 course, but after we left and ended up walking past and reading the menu, we definitely ordered the 6 course. Also the salad was a little old.
