Wait time was minimal, chef entertained and the food was great. Always a pleasure at this location. I will be back!

Our server was exceptional. Absolutely wonderful service! We’ve been doing to Benihana for years and chef Elvin was the best chef we’ve had! The food exceeded our expectations so we will definitely be back!

We had a terrible experience last night for my kids birthday. I went with my parents my husband and my children. One of them was going to celebrate his third birthday at Benihana. We thought it would be fun but it turned out to be a terrible idea. They took an hour and a half to send the chef out to cook, my daughter was already crying because she was so hungry. And they did not even offer her some fried rice or even plain white rice , kids don’t eat salad or onion soup at benihana. Also, the air conditioner was not working and we were all sweating. We could not hear anyone talk or have a pleasant conversation. The chef was really nice. I’m sure it wasn’t his fault. Also, the waitress was nice, but I think they need more chefs. They overbooked the tables, definitely the wait was too long especially with children. Which should be considered when there aren’t many restaurants that are kid friendly.

Service was horrible, the AC was broken so it was very hot, food was okay, and the place smelt really bad. Waiter didn’t come to the table often. A very disappointed dinner for my husbands birthday.
