Service was horrible, the AC was broken so it was very hot, food was okay, and the place smelt really bad. Waiter didn’t come to the table often. A very disappointed dinner for my husbands birthday.

The AC was not working it was very hot. Not ok for the type of food and service being offered. They took too long to send us the person that was going to cook, by the time he came out most of the group was not hungry anymore.

Took forever for a server and chef to come, got our order messed up.

I love Benihanas but this particular location fell a little flat. The service was amazing! What was a bit disappointing was the show. The chef only did the onion volcano. No egg, shrimp, or heart beat tricks. We also didn't get our green tea or ice cream at the end. When it wasn't offered, I thought maybe we only ordered the 5 course, but after we left and ended up walking past and reading the menu, we definitely ordered the 6 course. Also the salad was a little old.

We have been coming to this location for years. Our biggest issue has always been the length of time that we wait for service and food as well as the attentiveness of servers. Over the last 2-3 visits, we have seen a huge improvement. They seem to be fully staffed and are able to be much more efficient. The server was incredible. He was very friendly and checked on us often. We never had an empty glass or dirty plate/bowl in front of us. We usually expect to wait 3 hours from start to finish. We were in and out in 95 minutes. This is from the time we walked in the door until we walked out. We made a reservation for 7, which usually means out table would be ready at 730. We were seated at 7:04. Absolutely wonderful service and improvements. The only improvement I would recommend is a small renovation inside. Everything is still a little old and outdated, but it's nothing major.

Waite 1 hour and 15 minutes for my table and we have a reservation the place was super hot AC was not working properly and the services was bad we waited 30 m until they come to our table took 4 hours to have dinner not enough chefs

They don’t respect reservation times. I was called 30 minutes after my reservation. Then it took 2 hours before I was able to eat my main meal. The meat was insipid and very low quality. I was there for a birthday and never received the certificate on line to be able to get the mug. The experience was not pleasant or what I had expected. This is going to be the first and last time I go to Benihana. My experience at the samurai restaurant was very good compared to Benihana. I would recommend samurai over this restaurant.

This Benihana is run much much better than the Miami Beach location. The manager seems to really care, and the server and chef were excellent.

The restaurant was dirty, with a lot of grease, and the utensils were not clean. The chef who prepared our food made a separate meal and put it in a container to give to an employee at the end of the shift, which we found very strange. The price does not match the quality, because the hygiene of the ingredients and the presentation left much to be desired.
