Bienvenue au Benihana pour une expérience culinaire unique ! Vous serez assis autour de tables communes en groupe, où votre chef personnel manipulera devant vous l'art ancien du Teppanyaki. We made a reservation for 8, we got seated at 8.55pm. The hostess kept checking to see if we had been served. None of us at the table received water until 9.35. It was super crowded, really loud and hard for the waiters to keep up. Seemed understaffed. It was not a pleasant experience for the $170 I paid for the two of us. I doubt I’ll be back.

Our reservation was at 7:45 pm and we were not seated until 9:11pm.No apology,no meal comp,gift card nothing.Then waited another 25-30 minutes for basic water and drinks.I have been a loyal customer for over 30 years but now I’m done!High prices and bad service don’t mix!

a big shout out to our server Cindy C! she did an excellent job taking care of our table! a major shout out to Davonte for preparing one of the best dinners i’ve had here! he was engaging, fun to watch and knew his stuff!The best hibachi rice i have ever had here! & i’ve been going to this benihana location of over 35 years! big thanks to the manger Roger for coming around to make sure things were good! an overall great dining experience! th am you!

We had a 5:00 and we were seated almost immediately. The waiter was very good. He stayed on too of refills and making sure everyone had whatever they needed. Our chef was not quite as enthusiastic as he could have been, but he was very efficient and did a good job. The food, as always, was excellent. Perfectly prepared, especially my scallops. A little pricey, but a very good ezperience.

We signed up for the kids kabuki sushi class & there isn’t a thing about it that we would change! Our kids & friend’s kids had the best time ever!! They loved the sushi making demonstrations & the assistance throughout so it turned out looking similar to the “head sushi chef’s” then the inclusions just kept coming! Our kids will be talking about this for some time! Thank you!! Very very memorable!

I had a birthday coupon to use before the 6th of October so I went in on the 4th of October thinking that I could use it. I've been able to use it in the past on the Fridays or weekends but they're stating that now they don't allow them to be used only on Monday through Thursday which is inconvenient for me because the nearest location is over 60 miles away from me. I feel that I've taken the time to come to your establishment to eat I should have been afforded the opportunity to use my coupon. They told me I needed to call in order to have an extension but that's just a waste of time because I'm not going to be able to use it on the weekend like I need to I work during the week from 6:00 to 6:00 sometimes 7:00 p.m. and this is not convenient for me to be traveling on the road at 8:00 at night to eat dinner. I feel that the birthday coupon should be used in any given time up until the expiration date and not regulated to be used Monday through Thursday
