Bienvenue au Benihana pour une expérience culinaire unique ! Vous serez assis autour de tables communes en groupe, où votre chef personnel manipulera devant vous l'art ancien du Teppanyaki. Receptionist was outstanding and friendly. Loved that there was more than 1 bartender!! All great with very greeting and friendly attitude! We got to our table shortly after we were all checked in. Our chef was amazing. He was talented, funny and prepared our delicious food in a timely manner. Our waitress on the other hand was a nightmare. She came to our table maybe 2 times on her own. Our drinks were empty and bowls and plates were stacked up in front of us for almost the whole dinner. She didn’t check on us and was almost bothered when we asked for something. I believe because our gratuity was already included in our bill she didn’t feel the need to accommodate us. She seemed un enthusiastic about working there or with any of her colleagues.

Our server was awesome & very sweet. The older man at the check in was a little rude when we checked in & we asked about the the chefs table gift certificate that we never received. He said “if you don’t have it, we cant give it to you. You must have went to the wrong website”.

I hadn’t been to Benihana in literally 20 years, so I was pleasantly surprised that despite being such an “Americanized” version of Japanese food, it was well-prepared and the quality good. Cutting edge, nope, but delicious. The lunch specials were a bargain: less than $25 for soup, tea, fried rice, sautéed vegetables and an entree - my spicy grilled chicken was tasty indeed, and my companions steaks were grilled to perfection. And it was fun, the chefs truly put on a show - “Jazz” was our chef, and he was not only funny and affable, he did a phenomenal magic trick, that despite our proximity to him, no one could figure out just how he did it - amazing. Fun ambiance, good food, and all at a reasonable price is Benihana.

The server had too many tables. He was not very attentive to our table at all. Had to wait forever for a refill. Had to send my wife’s steak back because it was way too salty. Another diner at our table noticed that the cook was using way too much salt. Celebrating our 44th anniversary, not a very memorable meal.

Took VERY LONG took us a whole HOUR to even have someone bring us some random soup, never tried to give us refills or nothing very poor experience

Devante was our chef and he was wonderful. The entire meal was excellent. Service was great, restaurant is very clean, staff is professional.

We had a table for 8 people reserved at 7pm. We were sat at 7.35, food only started arriving way past 8pm. Other than that we love the Benihana experience in general, but you should fix this overbooking problem
