    Benihana is pleased to introduce a sushi-making class for our young guests, ages five to 12! This class will introduce children to the art of sushi rolling, providing hands-on instructions for assembling some signature Benihana rolls including the California Roll and Shrimp Crunchy Roll. We will serve each child a complimentary beverage, edamame and shrimp tempura appetizer before the Kabuki Sushi class kicks off. Benihana Kabuki Sushi Class is $28 per child, including tax and gratuity. The per child fee also includes a complimentary Benihana apron, Kabuki Sushi Dessert Treat and a Certificate of Achievement plus a commemorative photo for your new Kabuki Sushi Chef!

    It was fine. Was my first time with my family and the staff were nice and tried to be accommodating to everyone but told us didn’t things about waiting, even though we had a reservation. Also, when you order food, they don’t give you everything you order in your 6 course meal. We never got 3 of them. I had to literally ask and question as it was my first time. It was my family members birthday and they disguised the ice cream that came with meals as a “complimentary dessert” for her birthday when in reality we paid for it. Also never received the steamed rice or the green teas. Maybe they thought we’d for they because we also ordered a side of the chicken fried rice? I’m not sure. Overall, for first timers. I really enjoyed the staffs friendliness, the people we sat next were great, the food tasted good, and the vibe was good. (PS the AC was BLASTING. Bring a jacket)

    It was good but the only thing that we were expecting was to be seated where they cook the food in front of you since we had reservations. Also the appetizers took to long to arrive and the entrees came almost right after. Over all our server was super nice and caring and food was good.

    We sat and waited for 45 min past our reservation time. I even mentioned that I had a diabetic with us, but when the hostess tried to seat us anyway 3 people in earshot made the same claim... she even admitted she had tables available but was having the manager override her and not let her seat anyone. I complained several times and finally got seated. There was an extra chair at the table so I'm guessing they had been planning the table for another party. (They had seated parties with reservations after ours before us, but we didn't have a unreasonable sized party - ours was 7 but I saw parties of 12-14 being seated at one table!). Once we were seated our server checked in with us but was kept busy for awhile with other tables. Once he came and started taking care of us he was amazing! Very intuitive and prompt, never left us wanting for anything. I saw him running across the restaurant at one point, he was hustling. Chef was good, food excellent. Noise level higher than usual. And the bill was more than double what it used to be for a party that size.

    Our server was clearly new. It took awhile for a lot of things.. and forever for refills. Would try again.

    Went to celebrate a birthday. The staff was attentive and accommodating. We sat immediately during our lunch reservation and our chef and food came out tasty. Overall, price for value was worth it as well. Would come back again.

    I appreciate you requesting for a review. I am a very frequent customer that had one of my most unhappy and frustrating experiences as a Benihana customer. My family and I came to celebrate my Big 40th Birthday! Reservation was at 7:30pm Seated around 7:40-7:45: Pls note we were being seated at a table which had multiple used/dirty dishes directly where we were being advised to sit. Rather than the waiter taking it away, we had to ask for it to be cleared. 25 minutes goes by-Waitress comes to get a basic drink order. 30 minutes go by and we still don’t have our beverages, as she never returned. We had to flag down an alternative worker because the waitress pretty much forgot about our table. Multiple staff attempted to help, but it was sloppy service overall. Appetizers arrived-still had to wait and ask a 3rd worker for water, napkins and utensils. Throughout 98% of the time there, we had to sit and listen to a woman seated at our table COMPLAIN THE WHOLE TIME THERE!!! She was so Rude to the Chef Naweed and he handles it well. There were times he needed items and yet, the waitress was still no where to be found. As our food was being prepared…basic steamed rice took forever to be provided…after 9:10pm-my food had been already prepared but the waitress again wasn’t available to provide simple steamed rice…I literally had to request it 4x….though everyone else had their order(s). By the time my steamed rice arrived, my actual Birthday Meal was Cold. I took a few bites and pretty much packed it to go so that I can heat it up in the microwave at home. All the complaints having to listen to was insane. It was to the point that the woman started to ask if she can have the fat from my husbands food…keep in mind that we don’t even know this person was strange & weird. At this point, I was ready to leave. The manager tried to attend to the table and I expressed my frustration about our waitress and he said she was swamped with the other tables. Unacceptable servic

    Made reservations that still came with a 30 minute wait for a table so I suggest booking earlier than what your desired time is to make up for that . I made reservations for 9pm didn’t get sat until 9:30pm. The staff were checking up on me and my guests to make sure we were helped and to check our reservations and give us an update on our wait time. The food is still good all though you can tell inflation has hit them in the portions department. Overall the experience is still the same but the management of this restaurant needs to improve.

    Made a reservation via OpenTable 5days in advance. Had to wait 65min over the reservation time to be seated.

    We had reservations for 6p. We arrived at the restaurant at 5:59, waited in line at the front desk, and checked in a couple of minutes after 6. We were told “we’ll call you when your table is ready.” 20 minutes later, we asked if our table was almost ready since it had been a bit. We were told by one person (seemed like a host) that it would be another 15-20. Another person (seemed like a manager) said he get us in to a table within 5-10 minutes. 15 minutes later (35 minutes past our reservation time), we inquired again and were told it would be another 10-15. When we expressed our frustration, the seemingly manager person was SUPER dismissive, even saying “well, you didn’t even check in until 6:03.” Our name was finally called a little after 6:45, more than 45 minutes past our reservation time. After we were sat, the manager person came over and gave excuse after excuse, never apologizing, instead blaming people for not leaving the tables at the end of their meals. He was, quite frankly, ridiculous and appeared overwhelmed and unfit for management. Now, once we were seated and the meal began, all was well. The food was excellent, the drinks cold, and the server and chef were on point. I guess if you wanna come here, don’t come when it’s busy and don’t assume a reservation has meaning.
