Bienvenue au Benihana pour une expérience culinaire unique ! Vous serez assis autour de tables communes en groupe, où votre chef personnel manipulera devant vous l'art ancien du Teppanyaki. Food was horrible. Salmon was frozen, over cooked. Did not receive birthday discount. Had to wait 30 minutes with reservation. $39.00 menu unavailable. "Garlic butter" had a bad taste and was on everything. Chef was boring and did not engage.

Great food as always. Great service & attention to details. Went with the $30 off birthday celebration coupon. Menu prices have gone up again! $4.50 for an iced tea! $7.50 for hibachi chicken rice! Delicious - but expensive.

Unfortunately we sat at the table right in front as you enter the dinning rooms. Very noisy from kitchen and everyone coming and going.

Our experience started our poorly. After waiting for our table we were walked over to a table shared with a fluffy dog in a stroller placed right next to the food prep grill and it’s owners. I asked the server is this allowed a dog at the table? She said I will ask my manager after I said I’m not comfortable with this. They did not ask us we were on a date and did not bring our dogs or our children. The manager said I understand you can wait for another table but we cannot ask if it is a service dog. There was also a large bull dog by the bar which was barking. Food was great but overall not great customer service for an expensive restaurant.

Management of reservations need work. We waited an hour after our reservation for a party of 2. Staff were overwhelmed and unapologetic. Bar was crowded and sticky. It was very loud. So many better options out there to spend that kind of money.

We had to wait over an hour after our reservation time and it was highly unpleasant, loud and just an all around awful experience for us and the family

Fun party atmosphere, Our chef was great and entertaining. Problems encountered were with the table hostess. She was trying to juggle too many things and forgot a couple of drinks and appetizers even after SEVERAL reminders. Some items were never delivered at all so we were delayed while our checks were modified.

The restaurant looked so nice coming in… clean and inviting! The wonderful hostess was absolutely delightful! She is the perfect employee to greet your customers! The food was great! Salad dressing tasted a little off. We truly enjoy the Benihana’s in Concord!
