Bienvenue au Benihana pour une expérience culinaire unique ! Vous serez assis autour de tables communes en groupe, où votre chef personnel manipulera devant vous l'art ancien du Teppanyaki.     Service was awful. - Sauce was forgotten for shrimp tempura. Had to ask for it. - No saucer or soy sauce given for sushi. Had to ask another server for both. - Asked for more hot water. Water was lukewarm. - Server didn’t offer us the dessert that comes with our meal. I had to ask for it.

    Despite having a reservation, we had to wait an additional 30 minutes to get seated. Service was slow and also basic items like refilling water and clearing plates was not done effectively.

    Benihana has gotten to be too over priced for the experience. It is always so cold in the restaurant, I have to be sure to bring my jacket. It is also so noisy that I can't even have a conversation with the people that I'm there with.

    Do not even bother making a reservation here because they hardly sit you down at the time you reserved. People that are clearly intoxicated still ordering drinks yelling and screaming as loud as they please can really dampen the mood when you’re trying to tell your waiter what you want. Food is as good as it gets but overall 3/5 …
