Our visit was terrible and we won’t be back. Shout out to Ivan, the inexperienced manager, who ruined our very expensive special occasion. [No shade to our chef and server because they were excellent.] We hadn’t been seated long when I stood up to take a photo, then tripped and fell on their raggedy carpet. I hurt my wrist but we kept it moving. We finished our first cocktail and ordered a second. The drinks never arrived. Adding insult to injury, literally, I learned Mr. Ivan had cut off our entire table from cocktails. I was being “put on punishment” by Ivan who, rather than check on me, implied I had too much to drink. So now I’m a stumbling drunk? Never mind, we just ordered $600 of food! The vibe went from celebratory to “this sucks.” Apparently, his decision was for “our safety.” 🙄 How ironic, NOT ONE employee came to investigate the fall or make sure I was OK. I didn’t even know they saw it. They must get sued often since, clearly, this isn’t about safety; it’s about avoiding potential responsibility. Ivan smirked and seemed to enjoy my frustration as I questioned his BS rationale and reminded him of our $600 tab. Whoever is running the place should know how little they value customers AND lost revenue. We could’ve easily spent another $150 for the table if we’d been “allowed” to enjoy a second drink. Cross posted as the whole thing was ridiculous.

It's Benihana, there is little more than needs to be said. Great food, great service, great place.

First time ever coming to a Benihana, over priced, chef was slightly enthusiastic but felt forced . Was louder than expected. Just felt like my money time and taste would have been better at the lower grade hibachi grill places .

Amazing Experience! Had an incredible time at Benihana Concord. The staff was kind, the server was attentive, and the cook was both entertaining and skilled. Excellent food and service—I’ll definitely be back!

We had a reservation for 7:30 but weren’t seated until 8:30pm. As a customer, if we’re 15 minutes late we can lose our spot, but despite checking in multiple times we waited an hour to be seated. We had a bunch of 16 yr old girls celebrating a birthday and they had a soccer game the next morning. Put a little bit of a downer on what should have been a really fun night. That said, food was great, environment is great. Ended up having a fun experience once seated!

Had 6:15 reservation. Didn’t get seated until 7:15. Many people were in the same situation of waiting for their reservation.

Benihana is so much fun and we wanted to treat the kids to a show. We thought we were ordering from the kids menu for lunch but our waitress put in the regular order. We didn’t catch it until we had to pay the bill. That was a little frustrating! I should have caught on when the chef was cooking the same amount of food for all of us. The food was good and the show as always was great. Our waitress was attentive, but I can’t help but feel like we got played!
