Installé autour d'une table commune, vous découvrirez tous les secrets du chef alors qu'il vous livrera ses astuces sur l'art ancien du teppanyaki (cuisson des aliments sur plaque chauffante). Vous en aurez plein la vue ! Il vous restera à faire votre choix parmi la diversité des savoureux mets proposés (bœuf, poulet, fruits de mer, etc.) et vous laisser éblouir par cette tradition japonaise. Vous pourrez également vous délecter de sushis préparés par un chef talentueux et vous faire plaisir avec un cocktail de spécialité. Situé dans le Lifestyle Center du Polaris Fashion Place, Benihana Columbus est l'endroit idéal pour un repas avant ou après le magasinage. I put in a special request to have a drink ready for my girlfriend at the table. Birthday celebration so wanted to make it a little more special. Didn’t even get the drink at all. Don’t ask for special requests if they aren’t going to do them.

First and last time coming to Benihana's. Very overpriced hibachi I have gotten better and more for my money at a local hibachi shop/restaurant. I spent 122.00 on two entrees and a appetizer I got extra charges for sushi when I asked why the server said it was from food I ordered that had sushi products used i ordered spicy chicken fried rice 2x and chicken wings .. what of those items have sushi in them.. Made a reservation for 6 pm didn’t get a seat til 630 645. Not a great experience for my first time and to celebrate daughter 18th birthday.

Not the best experience. Our reservation was at 6. Didn't get seated until 6:45. Drinks came out at all different times (only 1 bartender) First wine selection was sold out. Another at our table beer selected was out. The chef was very messy. Oil flying everywhere. One person at our table had special requests that were not addressed at the beginning so it held up our food because he had to remake it. Shrimp Appetizer came out close to the end. They were overly busy for the staff that was there. It was disapointing.

Very entertaining night. Our chef for the night was Jeremy. Funny guy and good cook. The food was good. Only issue was the menus were not clean.

Chef was fun and food was very good. Waitress-rice was very late, it should be served before chef finishes the steak/seafood. Hot tea should be served with meal. Restaurant is looking run dow and coukd be refreshed with at least paint. Used to take Polaroid pictures for birthdays and in general is not as special as it used to be.

It was a busy Saturday night. On one hand, you could make excuses for many of my issues, but on the other, when a meal for three people without any alcohol cost $200, I think standards can be high. Most food orders weren’t taken correctly, communication with the chef & server was ignored, drinks were seldom refilled, dishes weren’t bussed in a timely manor, food incorrectly placed on one plate was scooped off and placed on another (mind you that the first plate was actively being eaten off of,) and a clear level of stress was felt by all the staff. There is a leadership issue here. I believe the staff was well intended, but this isn’t a Waffle House. If you’re going to ask for this kind of premium price, the service, environment and process should rise to meet it.

Waited almost 40 minutes before a waitress came to greet us/ take a drink order. Waited another 20 minutes for drink. Hibachi chef put wrong orders on plates. Food not good but very expensive. Will never go back.
