Bienvenue au Benihana: une expérience culinaire pas comme les autres! Ici, les clients sont tous rassemblés autour de la même table pour un moment de convivialité. Le chef expose son savoir-faire et livre ses astuces! Vous en aurez plein la vue! L’art ancien japonais du teppanyaki (cuisson des aliments sur plaque chauffante) n’aura plus de secrets pour vous. Il vous restera à faire votre choix parmi la diversité des mets proposés (boeuf, poulet, fruits de mer, etc.). Vous pouvez également déguster des sushis préparés par un chef talentueux et vous faire plaisir avec un cocktail de spécialité. Le Benihana de Cleveland est situé juste après le Pavilion Mall, un kilomètre et demi à l'ouest de l'autoroute 271, en face des appartements Vue. Prenez l'ascenseur jusqu'au niveau inférieur de l'immeuble à bureaux et entrez dans la salle à manger. Venez pour le dîner ou pour un souper pareil à nul autre. S'il vous plaît garder à l'esprit que le restaurant est fermé entre le dîner et le souper, c'est-à-dire de 14h30 à 17h, du lundi au jeudi. Il rouvre à 17h pour le souper et le «happy hour». Des frais de service de 18% sont ajoutés pour les groupes de huit ou plus.

    I think the food is way over priced. $19 for a kids meal and 4.5 for a kids soda is ridiculous

    Not enough staff. Long waits with reservations. Not authentic cooking anymore.

    We were seated on time for our reservation. We sat at the table, unattended for 30 minutes. No server, no communication, nothing. Went to hostess to say we were sitting 30 minutes, no beverage, nothing. Waitress was unaware we were there. Waitress was good. However a 30 minute wait in a restaurant with less than 20% occupancy is ridiculous. Ordered sushi with shrimp. Manager said they could make tempura shrimp but didn’t know what cooked shrimp was. Really? Chef knew it was cocktail shrimp. Chef was great. However the entire experience doesn’t bode well for a return.

    Terrible! We were sat at a table full of dust. When asked to speak to a manager, the kitchen manager showed up and was extremely rude and not apologetic for the condition of the table. It’s a shame that this Benihana is the only one in Cleveland.

    It’s expensive the chef was great.. servers first table ever didn’t know that the happy hour specials didn’t include the hibachi so I got an app I wouldn’t have got but got it thinking it was on happy hour and my drink I got was 11 dollars more than expected 🙄

    Our food was great as always. Our Chef Moffat is one of the best!! We had a new server that was a little overwhelmed but remained poised and pleasant throughout, I am sure she will get better given time to get acclimated. There was a very loud intoxicated lady sitting behind us who became annoying so we decided to take our dinner home to enjoy.

    Had to wait for about 20 minutes to be seated after reservation time but our cook and server were both very pleasant and accommodating. Our cook did her thing! Our food was seasoned well and absolutely delicious. The have gotten quite expensive over the years compared to other hibachi restaurants, but I will still return.

    Chef was terrible. Overcooked all the seafood. Messed up orders. Forgot things we asked for and did not fix when we told him. Usually I love this place and give it all 5 stars but today we had to ask for the manager . Waitress was awesome

    For the price that you're paying and the service you receive is not adding up. I had to wait hour and a half for my chef to come out I was thankful for the chef we had he was actually the I my one that looked presentable. I'm going to be honest and blunt all the chefs , but one looked filthy pants sagging underwear showing it was just a bad experience and I will never be back. I wasn't pleased at all to spend over 200 dollars and not be satisfied is insane .
