Bienvenue au Benihana: une expérience culinaire pas comme les autres! Ici, les clients sont tous rassemblés autour de la même table pour un moment de convivialité. Le chef expose son savoir-faire et livre ses astuces! Vous en aurez plein la vue! L’art ancien japonais du teppanyaki (cuisson des aliments sur plaque chauffante) n’aura plus de secrets pour vous. Il vous restera à faire votre choix parmi la diversité des mets proposés (boeuf, poulet, fruits de mer, etc.). Vous pouvez également déguster des sushis préparés par un chef talentueux et vous faire plaisir avec un cocktail de spécialité. Le Benihana de Cleveland est situé juste après le Pavilion Mall, un kilomètre et demi à l'ouest de l'autoroute 271, en face des appartements Vue. Prenez l'ascenseur jusqu'au niveau inférieur de l'immeuble à bureaux et entrez dans la salle à manger. Venez pour le dîner ou pour un souper pareil à nul autre. S'il vous plaît garder à l'esprit que le restaurant est fermé entre le dîner et le souper, c'est-à-dire de 14h30 à 17h, du lundi au jeudi. Il rouvre à 17h pour le souper et le «happy hour». Des frais de service de 18% sont ajoutés pour les groupes de huit ou plus.

Server basically ignored us. No drink refills. Ordered the 6 course dinner and was not offered tea or ice cream. Food was good and chef was pleasant. Up charges are out of hand. To upgrade to fried rice was 7 dollars. Was not notified of price by server.

It took over two hours to receive our food, making the total dining time three hours.

Better than expected. Bartenders and staff were attentive. Our waitress had every detail covered and our hibachi chef was fun, engaging, interactive, professional, and cooked amazing food. We got a picture keepsake free of charge. it was a really fun date night for us and we are very glad we went

Definitely has improved since the last time I’ve came. Managers inquired about our experience and there was not a long wait.

Menu was very understandable written very well price point was good something for everyone. We come to Benihana for special occasions Birthdays & such thank goodness they finally got their camera fixed for pictures are now available for customers and food is done exceptionally well there are many other hibachi restaurants but we feel Benihana is the best keep up the good food & service making it to notch thanks for another good experience thanks Flo Bonacci

The crowds have disappeared from Benihana’s as more options have become available, but it’s still my favorite hibachi place.

Has updated since last visit. Was not so dim. Also new carpet. Service was good 👍 the waitress friendly and quick

We came early for our reservation. They informed us that they had no table for us because they did not have enough servers. I have a disability, as does my husband. Their elevator for disabled guest was “out of service.” We took an hour long expensive Uber ride over. They finally sat us an hour later. The server made a point telling us that she would not be available much as she had multiple tables. The managers were hiding in the back. My 13 year old son ordered noddles. The chef confirmed and kept talking about my son’s order but he never made his noodles. He was angry and was asking us for cash tips because he said the waitresses did not share their tips. My son took out his Invisalign braces to eat the sides that were supposed to come with his hibachi noodles. The waitress accidentally threw my son’s braces out. Then on our way, no Uber wanted to come, so we sat about an hour outside on the sidewalk as the elevator was not working and the stairs were too steep for us. We LOVE Benihana but would not come back to this one even if you paid us. Possibly the worst dinner of our lives!!!
