Bienvenue au Benihana: une expérience culinaire pas comme les autres! Ici, les clients sont tous rassemblés autour de la même table pour un moment de convivialité. Le chef expose son savoir-faire et livre ses astuces! Vous en aurez plein la vue! L’art ancien japonais du teppanyaki (cuisson des aliments sur plaque chauffante) n’aura plus de secrets pour vous. Il vous restera à faire votre choix parmi la diversité des mets proposés (boeuf, poulet, fruits de mer, etc.). Vous pouvez également déguster des sushis préparés par un chef talentueux et vous faire plaisir avec un cocktail de spécialité. Le Benihana de Cleveland est situé juste après le Pavilion Mall, un kilomètre et demi à l'ouest de l'autoroute 271, en face des appartements Vue. Prenez l'ascenseur jusqu'au niveau inférieur de l'immeuble à bureaux et entrez dans la salle à manger. Venez pour le dîner ou pour un souper pareil à nul autre. S'il vous plaît garder à l'esprit que le restaurant est fermé entre le dîner et le souper, c'est-à-dire de 14h30 à 17h, du lundi au jeudi. Il rouvre à 17h pour le souper et le «happy hour». Des frais de service de 18% sont ajoutés pour les groupes de huit ou plus.

    They have terrible customer service long wait times sorry excuse just unsatisfactory service I had reservations for 6:30 it’s now 8:36 and as can see they still haven’t started on our food yet very disappointed

    Staff was very nice. Quality of food was subpar. The manager was very accommodating to make us whole. There was hair in the ice cream but I didn’t bother to mention it because I was tired and had already had issues with the meal.

    We made a reservation for 7:15 and did not get sat till after 8. After we were sat it took an hour and half before a chef came To the table to begin to cook. There was no apologies, no offers to make the wait more enjoyable. I would think twice before returning.

    We had a 7:00 reservation, was seated at our table at 8:20 and didn’t start cooking for another 40 minutes. Only cooked for two people of a table of eight at one time, so that last two people didn’t get their food until 9:30. Food was great but not enough cooks, so plan on being there a while in an extremely warm environment.

    Scheduled reservation for 3:30pm on New Year’s Eve. Restaurant was almost empty. Our family of 4 sat at a hibachi table. Waiter arrived at the table to get drink order and the smell of weed was intense. Drinks arrived and orders were taken, no issues. Hibachi chef arrived to the table with all the correct ingredients, cooked food but barely interacted and absolutely no “show”, no fire, no interactions, no fun. Our children were expecting a fun experience which is why we chose Benihana. Price was more than average for a hibachi dinner but the food was very good. By the time we were leaving most tables were filled and every other table appeared to be having the full experience- fire, interactions, fun. We initially thought things had changed and that the chefs no longer interacted like they used to but after seeing the other tables we left very disappointed. We mentioned this to the manager on the way out and were given free appetizer cards and a gift card to come back. We do not visit this area often and I’m not sure we will be back. I was hoping to end the year with a fun family experience and unfortunately we did not.

    Our favorite for Noon Years Eve! Expensive but a fun experience. I hope our chef is able to open his own restaurant this coming year per his aspirations. Good luck!

    The sushi was very good. But as a hibachi style steakhouse, there was zero presentation, the chef presented no-show.

    Very expensive, small food portions and long wait times. After waiting an hour at the table for the cook, once food was served we were immediately brought boxes and the bill as if we were being rushed/kicked out. Won’t be going back! I’ll stick to Wasabi!
