Assis en groupe autour d'une table commune, votre chef personnel vous fera découvrir l'art séculaire du Teppanyaki. Maniant ses ustensiles avec dextérité, le chef élabore devant vous ses créations culinaires, steak savoureux, poulet tendre ou fruits de mer succulents, qui ne manqueront pas de ravir vos papilles et pupilles. Vous pourrez également déguster un cocktail maison et des sushi préparés par un chef talentueux. Le Benihana Cincinnati se situe à Tri-County Parkway entre Princeton Pike et Northland Blvd. Vous pourrez vous détendre et savourer l'une des spécialités de rouleaux de sushi ou des cocktails signatures dans notre grand salon. I am a loyal Benihana fan. I have been going for my birthday since I was 12. I have seen the decline in this location yet I still go because it will always have the best food for a Japanese steakhouse. Today there was no bartender and the manager tried to make drinks, 1 server so we weren’t seated for awhile. The chef and server were good once we were seated. And the prices seem high now compared to other Japanese steakhouses.

The prices are exorbitant. The service was fine. I paid $7.00 for chicken fried rice and had two pieces of chicken in my rice. I had terrible bowel issues after leaving & my husband did too. I would request a refund please.

After making reservations, we were seated within 10 minutes of arriving. It was very busy and that is a sign that they are doing something right. But after being seated, and our orders were taken, we waited 1 hour and 15 minutes for our food. I think this location is short staffed. It was obvous that they were working hard and trying to do their best under the circumstances. Overall, the food was great and the chef was magnificent. I love the communal style of eating because I met some very cool folks and we had great conversations and exchanged phone numbers.

Our dinner reservation was for 6:30 and we did not have our meals until 7:45p. Of course the hibachi style takes time but felt like we waited far too long for the hibachi chef. As soon as we got our meals, our server asked us if we wanted boxes, cashed us out and we did not see her again. Never filled our drinks and did not bring our dessert. We had to be at a show so just left after 15-20 mins of no service but certainly disappointing.

A hibachi restaurant experience depends greatly on your chef. Their personality can make or break the evening. We were lucky to get Ricardo! He was excellent!

Short staffed …. running an hour behind reservations and gave us no heads up. Food was yummy, the chef was interactive and did fun tricks. He earns all the stars I rated. Floor super sticky throughout the restaurant. It’s no longer worth going there, prices are insane for everything now with the new menu! Save your money and time and eat somewhere else.

Although the food is still good, the service for this visit poor. Our waitress was overwhelmed because she had numerous tables. She rarely checked on our table and when she did check she only stopped looked and walked away. You had to speak loudly to get her attention.

Had reservations for 7:30 did not get sat down until 9:20 mind you they close at 10 and we watched other families get served that came in after us our server took our orders gave us our drinks and soup and never came back and while she took our orders we asked can they sing happy birthday she then says I can’t promise you anything after we watch three other families get sung happy birthday ok….mind you it’s past closing at this time so the quality of the experience is not even there it then took another 35-45 min for the chef to come out and when the chef arrives you can tell he is ready to leave so he basically is just cooking and rushing you would think we aren’t even there for a birthday and we had a lot of first timers and out of town people.moral of the story if you book at 7:30 you won’t leave until 11:30 you’ll have bad service no apologies for the inconvenience a chef who rushes your food because they are ready to leave and other employees cleaning up around you

This restaurant has been getting better each time we visit. It's nice to see them taking care of the asthetics. The food has always been wonderful!
