Assis en groupe autour d'une table commune, votre chef personnel vous fera découvrir l'art séculaire du Teppanyaki. Maniant ses ustensiles avec dextérité, le chef élabore devant vous ses créations culinaires, steak savoureux, poulet tendre ou fruits de mer succulents, qui ne manqueront pas de ravir vos papilles et pupilles. Vous pourrez également déguster un cocktail maison et des sushi préparés par un chef talentueux. Le Benihana Cincinnati se situe à Tri-County Parkway entre Princeton Pike et Northland Blvd. Vous pourrez vous détendre et savourer l'une des spécialités de rouleaux de sushi ou des cocktails signatures dans notre grand salon. The service was excellent, and so was the food. I just think they’re pricing themselves out of business.

Absolutely the worse I have ever had. $50 for lunch and it was not even enjoyed because we had to keep asking for things we made sure we asked for at the beginning

Wait was 35 minutes after reservation time. Service was quality. Wait for chef took about 45 minutes after finishing salad. Kids got restless but show was good. Note... Benihana serves Smaller portions than other hibachi and but is still more expensive -- I'll go back to my other place next time.

Disappointed. Our Chef was nice but he didn’t entertain like the other hibachi chefs. We ordered surf and turf and the Chef minced the steak and lobster so much that it burned up on the grill. He put our shrimp on the grill and he forgot soy sauce, he went to get it and I had to flip the shrimp over because it was burning. Also our waitress never came back after our 1st course was served. We had to go up front and ask them to get us drinks.

Food and service were ok but it was freezing in the whole restaurant. Staff said there is no heat in the building - not temporarily - ever. Only a few portable heaters scattered around the restaurant. It had to have been only 50 degrees in the restroom. Would never consider going there in the winter or maybe any season.

Unfortunately a very bad experience. Granted it was New Years Day so maybe that played a role. I’ve never left a bad review before but I would definitely think twice before heading here. Food was over an hour late, terrible service, the staff got almost everyone’s order wrong at our table. Restrooms weren’t clean and just sad vibes all around. RIP Benihana:(

Our 7:00 PM reservation did not seat us until 745 after we went up twice and asked how long we would be and they said 10 minutes twice no explanation was given for the delay at 7:45 we were seated and at 8 o’clock we were finally given our salad and soups. Our waitress was fine, but she was not able to present our food in a timely manner because the chef was not able to get to our table until quarter after eight. After he has to be prepared our food, we finally had the meal and then we were not finished until after nine. We were the last table to be served. Everyone else was leaving as we were being served. The Benihana in New York City was perfect as I was there a month ago punctual excellent food they took our picture Service was exemplary and we couldn’t have had a better experience the Springdale, Ohio location needs a lot of work to get it up to the level that it used to have and that the New York City location has

We waited an hour and 30 minutes before the cook came out we watched all the other tables getting food then people who came after us was getting their cook before us complained they took one dinner off. Once we got our cook everything was good. We don’t mind spending more money for good food but should not have to wait this long prior to seeing the cook. Server was awesome was not his fault but we still paid over 200 for a meal that took 2 hours to get. The discount the manager gave was not good enough for all the time we had to wait. We had grandson with us so keeping him busy for this long was difficult. The other family had 2 kids I know they got free drinks from bar too but we don’t drink so we should have been given better discounted
