Vous pourrez admirer votre chef personnel mettre en scène l’art ancien du Teppanyaki (méthode de cuisson traditionnelle sur plaque chauffante), le regarder découper, mettre en cubes, et préparer un repas qui ravira vos yeux comme vos papilles. Que vous choisissiez un succulent steak, du tendre poulet ou de délicieux fruits de mer, vous vous régalerez. Vous pouvez également déguster des sushis préparés par le talentueux chef et vous laisser tenter par un des cocktails maison. Benihana Cherry Hill est situé juste en face du pont de Philadelphie, à Points Plaza, à l'intersection des routes 70 et 38. We waited over 1 hour for service. Our waiter and chef was great. Manager did not apologize for the long wait or comp us on our bill.

I expected a great meal and show and was extremely disappointed, the cook was not very skilled and even said I may drop the spatula, but I’m a good cook. The food was way overpriced and if you wanted fried rice, there was an up charge of five dollars for vegetable fried rice if I wanted chicken in the rice and nine if I wanted shrimp. I had ordered steak for my meal and the cook did not even remove the fat before serving it to me. I will never go back.

I love hibachi but truly think that benihana is overpriced mediocre food and service. The prices they charge are ridiculous. I had filet and chicken hibachi and when I tell you that I maybe have 5 pieces of cut up thin chicken breast that was split with another diner, I'm not kidding! Service was lousy having to wait for my rice to be brought out and a drink to be brought to the table. The manager was completely useless as all he did was walk back and forth from the kitchen area to the hostess stand never once checking in at any table to see if any service could be provided .... Which was desperately needed. And another diner who ordered lobster complained that it tasted metallic and wanted it removed from his bill. .... Buyer beware! I highly doubt I will ever return here.

We were a party of six and all thought our dinners were quite good, as was the service. Our waitress was attentive and helpful; Sharon, our chef, did a very fine job with our food. The tepanyaki menu has been the same for years…but still good, and Sharon made sure to ask our individual preferences. However, the place itself is long overdue for a thorough cleaning and update. It's tacky and dated with furnishings as old as the menu. We waited for some of our party in the lounge/bar area and the ambience was more sad than pleasant, with unwashed bar tables too sticky to even lean on. The dining crowd was sparse but there seemed to be plenty of employees, so pitching in for an off night of deep cleaning would be a good idea.

The experience at this restaurant was wonderful. Chef Dan was great and gave us an incredible experience for my sister's birthday. The food was amazing, and I highly recommend this restaurant.
