Bienvenue au Benihana pour une expérience culinaire unique ! Vous serez assis en groupe à des tables communes, où votre chef personnel manipulera devant vous l'art ancien du Teppanyaki. Maniant ses ustensiles avec dextérité, le chef élabore devant vous ses créations culinaires, steak savoureux, poulet tendre ou fruits de mer succulents, qui ne manqueront pas de combler votre palais et de ravir vos yeux. Vous pourrez aussi déguster des sushis préparés par un chef talentueux et apprécier un cocktail spécial. Le Benihana Chandler se trouve dans les magasins périphériques du Chandler Fashion Center, le haut lieu du shopping de la région, juste à côté de l'autoroute 101 sur Chandler Blvd. Il est proche du Chandler Center for the Performing Art ainsi que du musée du chemin de fer d'Arizona.     Amazing chef and food! This restaurant needs to limit the amount of reservations they allow to avoid falling behind on reservation times. We had to wait two hours past our initial reservation time for a table.

    We had a confirmed reservation for 7:00 pm and arrived on time. We were seated a little after 8:00 pm. By 8:50 pm we still hadn’t met our chef and decided to leave.

    Alex was an amazing chef, friendly, personable, and so fun!!! Highly recommend asking for Alex as your chef.

    Waited 40-45 mins just to be seated and then another 30-35 mins just to eat. Didn’t leave till almost 12-1230 in the AM

    Wait was long but it was also Valentines Day so the waitlist was behind. The dining experience made up for it as our chef went above and beyond to provide us the best experience. The servers were attentive and prompt considering it was really busy. Overall we ended with a great experience.

    Had reservations at 9:15pm 2/14/2025 (Valentine’s day) waited until 10:30pm and never got called. Totally understand how busy everyone is during these holidays but you would think they would only allow so many reservations for this reason. Drive to chandler all the way from Goodyear just to leave. Thanks Benihana!

    I was not able to experience anything. Waited an hour just to find out that it would be another half hour to see if I would be seated. Check in could not give me a time frame and I never got a text letting me know that my table was ready. Really poor communication on their part.

    We showed up on time for our 7:30 reservation (on Valentines Day) but were not seated until about 9. Food was not served until after 9:30. Wait staff were friendly and helpful. Food was ok but the showmanship I usually expect at a Japanese restaurant steakhouse was missing. Steak was overcooked. I won’t be going back.

    We had a reservation for 730. We didn’t get seated until 915. I would have given zero stars if it weren’t for our chef and our server.

    I made reservations over 2 months ago for 2/14 at 6pm we waited over an hour for reservations they were disorganized.
