Bienvenue au Benihana pour une expérience culinaire unique ! Vous serez assis en groupe à des tables communes, où votre chef personnel manipulera devant vous l'art ancien du Teppanyaki. Maniant ses ustensiles avec dextérité, le chef élabore devant vous ses créations culinaires, steak savoureux, poulet tendre ou fruits de mer succulents, qui ne manqueront pas de combler votre palais et de ravir vos yeux. Vous pourrez aussi déguster des sushis préparés par un chef talentueux et apprécier un cocktail spécial. Le Benihana Chandler se trouve dans les magasins périphériques du Chandler Fashion Center, le haut lieu du shopping de la région, juste à côté de l'autoroute 101 sur Chandler Blvd. Il est proche du Chandler Center for the Performing Art ainsi que du musée du chemin de fer d'Arizona. Vous pourrez profiter d'une Happy Hour, du lundi au jeudi de 17h00 à 19h00 et le vendredi entre 14h00 et 17h00.

We noticed that we got charged $3 extra per glass of wine and were told we were given a "better" wine. We did NOT order the "better" wine so we should not have to pay extra. She adjusted the bill and was a bit snotty about it rather than offering an apology with a "we will make it right for you". Not good customer service. Alex was great, funny and talented. Almost seemed deliberate on the "upcharge" .....

So fun! Sat with another family celebrating a birthday as well. Service was good and our chef was AMAZING! All the food was very high quality, all cooked to perfection. We hadn’t been here ever as a family for a special occasion. My mom thoroughly enjoyed her birthday dinner. :)

My recent experience at Benihana was disappointing. The restaurant seemed very unorganized, and my food was forgotten, which ruined the dinner. While they didn’t charge us for the meal, the overall experience was still a letdown.

We celebrated 2 birthdays and they did not disappoint. Chef Danny had great dad jokes and kept my grandson clapping and laughing. Our server was attentive and kept up with our crazy family. Great night!

We had reservations for 6:15 but didn’t get seated till after 7, we saw people who were walk-in’s get seated before us. When we got seated also had to wait a while to order our food and then again wait for our drinks and then again wait for a chef which wasn’t till 8pm. Wasn’t impressed and unhappy with our experience. Probably won’t return again.
