Bienvenue au Benihana pour une expérience culinaire unique ! Vous serez assis en groupe à des tables communes, où votre chef personnel manipulera devant vous l'art ancien du Teppanyaki. Maniant ses ustensiles avec dextérité, le chef élabore devant vous ses créations culinaires, steak savoureux, poulet tendre ou fruits de mer succulents, qui ne manqueront pas de combler votre palais et de ravir vos yeux. Vous pourrez aussi déguster des sushis préparés par un chef talentueux et apprécier un cocktail spécial. Le Benihana Chandler se trouve dans les magasins périphériques du Chandler Fashion Center, le haut lieu du shopping de la région, juste à côté de l'autoroute 101 sur Chandler Blvd. Il est proche du Chandler Center for the Performing Art ainsi que du musée du chemin de fer d'Arizona. We love Benihanas. We go to celebrate birthdays. We made a reservation for 7 and when we checked in we were told they were behind 30-45 minutes. Who don’t you have a system to notify customers of this? It was a little irritating to have to wait. The service and fix was fantastic as always

Food has always been great. Had to wait 30 mins past reservation time. Not an inexpensive evening. But good food and good time by all. Never leave there hungry.

The restaurant was very dirty! Open bucket with dirty water/rag on a shelf along with sauces and clean dishes. Door falling off hinges on cabinet. The floor was covered with food from prior guests. This was at the beginning of dinner time (5PM). The grill had leftover food/stains from prior guests. The health department should definitely do a full inspection of the Chandler, AZ Benihana asap!

Our service was great here, both our waiter and our chef were super funny and gave us an amazing experience! The food was super delicious as well!

Review: Avoid This Benihana Location—Terrible Experience I can’t believe I’m writing this, but our experience at this Benihana was beyond disappointing. A big group of family and friends came together, excited for a fun dinner, but it turned into a disaster from start to finish. First off, we had a reservation and still had to wait 30 minutes to be seated—despite calling ahead. My grandpa, who has difficulty standing for long periods, was clearly struggling, but the staff didn’t seem to care or offer any accommodations. When we finally got seated, we waited two hours for someone to start making our food. Yes, two hours. Our server messed up all the orders, completely missed one meal, and we had to wait another 10 minutes just to get that fixed. To make matters worse, the table behind us (who had been there for only 15–20 minutes) was served before us. That was the final straw, and we spoke to the manager. She promised to “take care of us,” but all we got was a measly 20% off the bill—after waiting nearly three hours! Then, the food arrived, and it was awful. The chef skipped the butter, so the rice was dry and flavorless. He didn’t bother with the fun show that Benihana is famous for—no fire, no entertainment, nothing. He just dumped salt onto everything, making it nearly inedible. It was clear the manager had forced him over, and he phoned it in with zero effort. We ended up eating because we were starving after the long wait, but the experience was embarrassing for me, as I had made the reservation. I expected better from Benihana, but this location failed on every level. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone—save yourself the time, money, and frustration.

The restaurant needs to be cleaned. Splatter marks on the walls. The waitress kept bring us dirty plates. The hood vent was not worked efficiently and the grease and smoke were being directed into our faces. Chef was using too much salt and pepper. The quality of food isn’t the same as years past.

We spent $129 for 2 entrees and one beer and one soda. Quality was BELOW any other Benihana we had been to in the past and service was SUBPAR on top of that. We waited 35 minutes for food that looked like it had already been half-eaten and it was cold. ONLY zucchini for the vegetable? Really? Doesn't get much more low brow than that. The poor servers were trying to keep up but the restaurant noise level was 15/10 and the reservations - if you can call them that - were an hour behind. We won't be back - EVER.
