Bienvenue au Benihana pour une expérience culinaire unique ! Vous serez assis en groupe à des tables communes, où votre chef personnel manipulera devant vous l'art ancien du Teppanyaki. Maniant ses ustensiles avec dextérité, le chef élabore devant vous ses créations culinaires, steak savoureux, poulet tendre ou fruits de mer succulents, qui ne manqueront pas de combler votre palais et de ravir vos yeux. Vous pourrez aussi déguster des sushis préparés par un chef talentueux et apprécier un cocktail spécial. Le Benihana Chandler se trouve dans les magasins périphériques du Chandler Fashion Center, le haut lieu du shopping de la région, juste à côté de l'autoroute 101 sur Chandler Blvd. Il est proche du Chandler Center for the Performing Art ainsi que du musée du chemin de fer d'Arizona. We had an 8 pm reservation and didn’t get sat until 8:20 pm. We then waited 20 more minutes for drinks and the chef didn’t begin cooking until 9:20. The chef was great but our server took a really really long time to bring additional drinks we ordered and we actually had to go to the bar to get them due to the long wait. The food was good but the service would weigh in on us not returning.

They were short cooks. All of the food was over powered with garlic and the sauces were made correctly. No consistency with the cooking of the steak filets. Sauce dropped into my water with no attempt to replace. Asked for the manager and they took care of the bill after speaking with her.

Don was great but that is where the greatness ended. He was super attentive. The food was not very flavorful, very bland and soooo much butter/oil was used. It seemed the only seasoning used was pepper so it was overpowering. It was also FREEZING in there. I’m always cold inside and brought a jacket but was cold through that. Management sat at an empty table conducting business during our meal which seemed strange. Hoping to find a better hibachi grill soon.

Dominic was good had great jokes and had great knife skills. Our grill was not hot when he go there and that’s probably why our rice was not fried like normal- still good tho , the rest of the food was good. Went with family for my goddaughter birthday they enjoyed it being there first time there.
