Bienvenue au Benihana pour une expérience culinaire unique ! Vous serez assis en groupe à des tables communes, où votre chef personnel manipulera devant vous l'art ancien du Teppanyaki. Maniant ses ustensiles avec dextérité, le chef élabore devant vous ses créations culinaires, steak savoureux, poulet tendre ou fruits de mer succulents, qui ne manqueront pas de combler votre palais et de ravir vos yeux. Vous pourrez aussi déguster des sushis préparés par un chef talentueux et apprécier un cocktail spécial. Le Benihana Chandler se trouve dans les magasins périphériques du Chandler Fashion Center, le haut lieu du shopping de la région, juste à côté de l'autoroute 101 sur Chandler Blvd. Il est proche du Chandler Center for the Performing Art ainsi que du musée du chemin de fer d'Arizona. We spent $129 for 2 entrees and one beer and one soda. Quality was BELOW any other Benihana we had been to in the past and service was SUBPAR on top of that. We waited 35 minutes for food that looked like it had already been half-eaten and it was cold. ONLY zucchini for the vegetable? Really? Doesn't get much more low brow than that. The poor servers were trying to keep up but the restaurant noise level was 15/10 and the reservations - if you can call them that - were an hour behind. We won't be back - EVER.

I will never book a reservation for a holiday ever again. We had a reservation for 6:30 and was not sat until 7:30PM. There was no call, email, or text message advising that they were running over an hour late on reservations. This caused the whole experience to feel rushed and not as engaging as past times I have visited the restaurant.

The food and service were great! However, we had a 5:15 reservation, and when we got there, they said they were running 1 1/2 hours behind. They said that the walkins needed to eat too! It ended up being 45 minutes to wait, and it was very frustrating.

Our reservation for Christmas dinner was at 5pm but when we got there they said they were running at least an hour behind and would text us when ready. We never got a text and were never seated. Worst experience ever and ended up leaving

Was there for four hours the waiting was the hardest part, but Ramon and Gez saved the Christmas Dinner so mom and I had a good time once being fed:)

Dined here tonight with my Grama from out of town. Alex was our chef and he was literally amazing. Kudos to you Alex, what a great experience we had because of you. Had to wait an hour after our reservation time but everything was handled professionally. Thanks for a great Christmas meal experience, especially you Alex. Great job!

Very busy and overbooked for Christmas Day. We were seated 1 hr after our reservation time. People were told upon checking in that they were looking at an hour + wait. Food was delicious. Diego was outstanding. He made the wait worth it

We waited an hour and a half four our table when we had a reservation! We sat at the table for a half hour without receiving menus or any initial service and had to find someone to get us a high chair. Received a carafe of wine and had to flag down a different waiter to bring us a wine glass after 15 minutes of waiting for our server to come by so we could ask for one. Waiter asked if there were any allergies and we communicated that one is allergic to mushrooms. Their soup was delivered with mushrooms and had to be taken back. It was the worst service we have experienced.

I got a text message saying my table was available. Why can’t you use this same technology to inform your customers (with reservations) that there is a 90 minute wait on tables! We have been coming to Benihana for Christmas, first in Scottsdale, now Chandler after retiring, for over 20 years. We showed up hungry-after 90 minutes, I was hangry!

It was extremely over booked. Our reservation was for 3:00; we weren’t seated until 4:30. Didn’t have enough chefs; sat at the table for over a 1/2 hr before chef showed up. Extremely crowded and noisy. Because of the above experience, I will give it a 3 star review.
