Bienvenue au Benihana pour une expérience culinaire unique ! Vous serez assis en groupe à des tables communes, où votre chef personnel manipulera devant vous l'art ancien du Teppanyaki. Maniant ses ustensiles avec dextérité, le chef élabore devant vous ses créations culinaires, steak savoureux, poulet tendre ou fruits de mer succulents, qui ne manqueront pas de combler votre palais et de ravir vos yeux. Vous pourrez aussi déguster des sushis préparés par un chef talentueux et apprécier un cocktail spécial. Le Benihana Chandler se trouve dans les magasins périphériques du Chandler Fashion Center, le haut lieu du shopping de la région, juste à côté de l'autoroute 101 sur Chandler Blvd. Il est proche du Chandler Center for the Performing Art ainsi que du musée du chemin de fer d'Arizona. We spent $129 for 2 entrees and one beer and one soda. Quality was BELOW any other Benihana we had been to in the past and service was SUBPAR on top of that. We waited 35 minutes for food that looked like it had already been half-eaten and it was cold. ONLY zucchini for the vegetable? Really? Doesn't get much more low brow than that. The poor servers were trying to keep up but the restaurant noise level was 15/10 and the reservations - if you can call them that - were an hour behind. We won't be back - EVER.

Our reservation for Christmas dinner was at 5pm but when we got there they said they were running at least an hour behind and would text us when ready. We never got a text and were never seated. Worst experience ever and ended up leaving

Very busy and overbooked for Christmas Day. We were seated 1 hr after our reservation time. People were told upon checking in that they were looking at an hour + wait. Food was delicious. Diego was outstanding. He made the wait worth it

Dined here tonight with my Grama from out of town. Alex was our chef and he was literally amazing. Kudos to you Alex, what a great experience we had because of you. Had to wait an hour after our reservation time but everything was handled professionally. Thanks for a great Christmas meal experience, especially you Alex. Great job!

We waited an hour and a half four our table when we had a reservation! We sat at the table for a half hour without receiving menus or any initial service and had to find someone to get us a high chair. Received a carafe of wine and had to flag down a different waiter to bring us a wine glass after 15 minutes of waiting for our server to come by so we could ask for one. Waiter asked if there were any allergies and we communicated that one is allergic to mushrooms. Their soup was delivered with mushrooms and had to be taken back. It was the worst service we have experienced.

It was extremely over booked. Our reservation was for 3:00; we weren’t seated until 4:30. Didn’t have enough chefs; sat at the table for over a 1/2 hr before chef showed up. Extremely crowded and noisy. Because of the above experience, I will give it a 3 star review.

12/25/24 - We had reservations for 3pm. Didn't get seated until 3:45pm. Didn't get our drink order until 4:30PM. What is the use of making a reservation if they don't stand behind it. The Tappan chef at the next table cleaned off the grill with a wet towel and them wringed it out on the carpet right next to my foot. It was ridiculously loud. The restaurant was filthy with garbage and old food scraps on the floor. The restrooms were incredibly filthy The waiter took forever and did not bring us what we had asked for. Totally ruined our night. Seriously not worth the $479.00 (there were five of us). They also required a 18%, 22% or 25% tips with no exceptions. Will not return!

Our “Chef” was awesome and entertaining. The server was all over the place, we had to ask for water 3 times. Other than that we enjoyed ourselves.

The food was good but we did not get any food until 10 PM and we had an 8 PM reservation. Abominable service. There was no sense of urgency and even getting drinks to the table and we had a diabetic person with us who was dying for their Sprite. Also, it was my brother’s birthday celebration, and they never recognized him in any way, even though I told them in the reservation and when we sat down We never received our steamed rice or our green tea ice cream. We get it that it was Christmas Eve and it was a very busy night, but they should have staffed up. We were seated over 50 mins after our reservation. The hostesses were friendly and doing their best in a difficult situation. The wait staff was overwhelmed but friendly. They told us the next night was even more oversold, and would be worse. This seemed like a short sighted managerial philosophy. Food was good, but not great for the expense.
