Our chef was new. His timing was off only cooking one type of entry at a time so my food items came every 15min. First shrimp, wait 15min later, veggies, 15m Lobster, repeat. BTW my entry came Steak (most expensive one) it was just steak. Also chef overcooked my lobster it was rubbery and my steak was medium-well when it was supposed to be medium-rare. My food was still good but the chef needs to work on his speed and timing.

This was a typical hibachi experience. I found it to be very pricey. The floors were super greasy which I suppose can't really be avoided, our chairs and feet were slipping the whole time.

Eat here once a year for a birthday event. This last visit was absolutely the best. Great food preparation, great show, and the chef had a sense of humor.

We have been to Benihana many times but last night was not a great experience. We waited over an hour for our chef to cook. He must have just started, no personality, lacked skills and really no fun. When you go to Benihana you go for the entertainment as well as the food. Very disappointed in my birthday dinner.

Service was slow and disjointed. Food was good but my partner's food arrived a good 5 minutes before mine

Everything was great except for that they put too many people at one table. There were 8 people at our table. My husband was at the end and he was halfway off the table. He had nowhere comfortable to put his legs. I am left-handed and I had to try and use my right hand so I don’t keep bumping elbows with the lady on my left. Other than that - the service and food was excellent.
