The food was excellent, but the service was very poor. The server didn’t come around and it took forever to receive the bill or get his attention. He was not personable. The restaurant was full; however, the service was below subpar.

We like this place and look forward to this. It’s a big deal every time we come here because it’s an expensive place. Every time we come the service is worse and they make us feel like we are bothering them to have dinner. My 14 year old made a comment before we walked in and said “I hope they’re nice to us this time,” unfortunately it was worse. I spent $400 here tonight and for me as a single mom, this was beyond me. I just wanted us to finally have a nice evening and feel a little fancy but the experience ruined that for us. Our server was disgusted with our whole table, instead of asking what my mom wanted to order he pointed and looked at me “what does she want?” Then to my teenager “what does the boy want?” He didn’t seem to acknowledge that we were also there as paying customers. It was an upsetting evening but the food was great.

Made reservations on Thursday for 7pm was seated at 7:30 didn’t get any food in my hands until 8:30. Food was good but service took a long time.

Chef’s demeanor was like he was upset or really sick as he was wearing a mask. He did not engage much, we could not hear him nor did he seem to be cognizant of what he was doing. He later got my order wrong after letting them know I was a pescatarian/vegetarian. He over cooked everything. In addition, he was sweating profusely which lead to it falling in the food. Since I didn’t want to ruin my mom’s birthday, I didn’t say anything. The serving staff tried to be helpful and accommodating after being notified of the order mistakes. They were helpful.

Great birthday celebration!! Thank you. We will be back soon once we get the delayed birthday certificate. Misael was an excellent chef…he even preformed the best volcano I’ve ever seen!! Our waitress Yesica was kind and very attentive. Our boys had her as a waitress last month for my other sons birthday and they had equally wonderful service from her. She was extremely fast in getting items we needed..never had to ask twice. She was quick to fill up water and tea. Thank you Yesica for your wonderful service!!
