Enjoyed our dinner at Benihana, and while the restaurant was quite busy and full it the pace of our dinner was very slow, especially the wait time for our cook Bryan to show up at our table. Our sever Yesica was slow to tend to the needs of our table and the hibachi chicken dishes we all commented that the chicken had a tough texture, perhaps cooked to well. We've dined at this Benihana on numerous occasions in the past, and had a far better experience, so maybe this was just an "off" experience, so let's see what happens next time!

Food was excellent as usual, that is why we keep coming back. It has become quite pricey though.

I always love them but last night a time was had. We had thee absolute best chef of all times. He made this experience wonderful.

We could not find the waitress for quite awhile. Also we were celebrating birthday. Waitress did not sing birthday song nor took a photo. This same server sang birthday song, took photo, and served ice cream for another birthday party on our table. Server was inattentive and we needed to chase after her for tea. We frequented Burlingame Benihana. Very disappointing experience!

Service was horrific, reservation was made for 7pm, didn’t get seated until 8pm. Asked for lounge seating and was refused by hostesses. Seating was very uncomfortable as I sat away from because of space issues. Sucks my partner and I paid 175.00 for an experience we did not enjoy, we wanted to have a nice dinner experience as we have before, but this time it was unwelcoming with no concern for my disabilities the was explained to hostesses. Is this the level of professionalism that I should expect visiting this location?
