Vous pourrez également déguster des sushis préparés par un talentueux maître sushi et un cocktail signature. Vous pourrez profiter d'une vue spectaculaire sur le sud de la baie de San Francisco. Vous pourrez regarder le roulis des vagues ou les avions gros porteurs atterrir à l'aéroport international de San Francisco tout en savourant un délicieux repas teppanyaki ou profiter d'un repas de sushis dans le salon. Over booked and waited one hour for our reservation. Very unorganized and unapologetic. Of course food was great.

Took an hour past reservation to get seated. Purposely overbooked reservations. Was told had to serve 700 people so not bad considering. Terrible customer service and food was mediocre at best.

They made me wait for one hour to give me a table I had reservations for. They told me there were 3 tables ahead of me and when I heard them call 4 tables I spoke to them and they tossed my reservation to the side. Meaning if I wouldn’t have asked they would’ve not called me.

The wait was 1 hour after I made a reservation. Our host, waiter, our chef and food were great!. The hostess was very professional. Many angry customers mad about the long wait. Our waiter was friendly. He also made sure that our drinks were being refilled. Our chef was great!! He was entertaining and funny. The only negative was the ambiance. It was too loud in the communal area. Overall, we enjoyed our food and the services.

Horrible. 7pm reservation- weren’t seated until 7:45 with no warning or heads up for the lateness. Screaming kids, awful service. I couldn’t believe how awful this experience was.

I had a 6 PM reservation and they didn’t sit my party down until 6:45 PM. I was really disappointed as this delayed our plans in the evening.
