We came in for my sister's birthday, and Keanna gave us great service. She was very attentive and engaging. Jaymon cooked us great food and gave everyone a good laugh and a great experience.

Great experience, excellent service, good food and same as anywhere in the country… just so commercialized and expensive but no fault of the location. We had a great time!

We celebrated two birthdays. The kids were in awe and giggling the who time. Great service and our chef was the best. Even took pictures of the group and printed them. Food was delicious and plentiful. It is a bit pricey, but the experience makes it will worth it. Would highly recommend Benihana in Broomfield.

Party of five, sweet 16 birthday. 2 adults. 7:15 reservation, all present, checked-in. 7:35pm after watching loads of other people get seated asked politely how much longer, told we were next up. Watched as they then seated three more parties. Benihana notes that "if you are not there 10-mins after reservation they'll cancel". We walked out at 7:45pm I've never ever done that before, the girls were too hungry to wait any longer. What a sorry way to treat customers.

Incredible experience every time we come to the Broomfield location. Service is amazing, food is perfect and drinks are phenomenal.

Server was slow so we were there for two hours when cooking the food only took about a half an hour. Not the usual full plate of food either- no noodles and the vegetables were only a small slice of zucchini. No real “show” while making the food. Not the typical birthday experience that we come to expect. We will find another hibachi restaurant from now on.

Shocked how terrible our experience was. Service was terrible and the state of bathrooms was so disgusting. The manager should be ashamed of this location. We paid a lot of money for an overall terrible dining experience.

Food was a little off but still good. Soup was Ok. Salad great. The seafood was great but steak good. Better luck next time.

We had such a fabulous time and can't wait to return. Our waitress (Michelle), and Chef (Anthony) were outstanding. It's so much more than just a meal, but an experience. Thank you for making my husband's birthday outstanding!
