Michelle is wonderful, never had to ask for refills, very attentive. Our chef was very entertaining and great personality.

Checked us in on opentsble even though we had to wait til 10pm to start dinner. Terrible service and awful front desk staff. Fraudulent activity. Sent us a chef that walked away after 10 min saying he was at the wrong table.

Had a reservation at 6:45 waited an hour people who had later reservations were seated before us. Sat at table for 45-1 hour before service, finished dinner at 10:45. Totally unacceptable, we were one of the last tables to leave not because we were enjoying our dinner it was be because we were waiting for our food.

Really busy and seemed unprepared for the amount of reservations/customers. Staff was overwhelmed causing for subpar service and a lot of mistakes, long waiting times for seating and food as well.

A very good experience from the service to the tasteof the food. This place is expensive as hell, but it was excellent.

Our server only gave us steamed rice at the very end. Rice was under cooked. We also did not get all of our courses. We purchased 6 courses meal but only served 5.

We had the WORST experience on 12/24/24. Christmas Eve which also happens to be my daughter's birthday. We have been taking her to Benihana on her birthday since she was 8yrs old. This year she turned 18. This was supposed to be a very memorable birthday for her. Our reservations were for 7:45pm. We arrived at 7:20pm to make sure we were there checked in and ready to go. When we checked in we were told that they were behind schedule about 40mins. Okay, fine we get it, it's a holiday. We were FINALLY seated at 9:00pm. By that time my 8yr old had already fallen asleep on my husband's lap. Our chef was very nice, however his show was mediocre to non existent. Our food was over salted. He used sooo much soy sauce on the rice it looked like brown rice. We ordered our steaks all medium or medium well, they were all over cooked, there was no pink. The chicken was dry and crispy. Our waitress was AWESOME, she did her best despite the circumstances. We finally left about 10:15. We didn't go home to have cake like we had planned because everyone so tired they wanted to go to bed. This is a traditional we will no longer be doing after this experience. So sad that Benihana just trying to cram in as many reservations that come in to try and make an extra buck the focusing on the customer experience. Our waitress said that they had 700 reservations on Christmas Eve and over 1000 for Christmas Day. I wished her the best of luck.
