First of all, we drove out of our way to go to this restaurant because we heard good things and the menu looked really good. We obviously went to the wrong location or something because from start to finish this was a horrible experience. Our server was more concerned about her Apple Watch than she was serving us. We had to continuously ask for something to drink. We wanted the hibachi experience but were sat by screaming kids so we just stayed at the bar. Our dinner portion size was ridiculous for the price they were charging. I asked for hibachi chicken which came with vegetables and rice. I probably had a teaspoon of vegetables. We were so annoyed that we didn’t even want to pay for our bill but that’s bad karma so we tried to eat it. The mushroom soup was gross, the salad (lettuce with ginger on top) was a joke, the chicken and shrimp were over cooked ect ect ect We will never go to this restaurant again and we will be telling everyone we know about our experience.

Not good service for being a luxury restaurant it was sad because we were late for a birthday event due to being sat and having to wait a hour to even get a soup or salad

Our chef was great! We love to visit Benihana for celebrations so my children have seen the “show” many times and our chef knowing this wasn’t our first time gave my kids the flaming onion volcano which is always awesome and cooked our protein (shrimp, steak, scallops) to perfection. The food was incredible and so was the service. The only issue is we sat underneath the air conditioning duct, and after the food was served, the food got really cold really fast and then it didn’t taste so good.

We went to celebrate our marriage with our grandchildren. Our chef made no connection with the kids whatsoever. We were asked if we were celebrating a special occasion and told them yes- yet nothing was done to acknowledge it. Very disappointing evening.

Our chef was friendly and entertaining. Only complaint was the air conditioning seemed to be right on my back. But overall a good experience.

We came in for my sister's birthday, and Keanna gave us great service. She was very attentive and engaging. Jaymon cooked us great food and gave everyone a good laugh and a great experience.
