Haven’t been to Benihana in almost 20 years. It hasn’t changed much and is still a fun experience. I’m not sure what was going on with the chef but we had to wait an extremely long time for him to show up. When he did he was a little low energy. The other chefs seemed to be doing a great job of entertaining their guests so I think our guy was just having a bad night. The food was good and the hot sake I ordered was delicious.

Came in at 8:45 and our cook was complaining the while time that he was tired because he been there all day. Wasn’t laughing or making jokes like the cook at the table next to us.

This was not our first visit so I guess our expectations are a little high but my group of 6 had more energy than our server and chef did. We pay $40-60/plate for the entertainment along with the food, not just to watch a dude cook our meal and make an occasional comment. Our server was slow and unresponsive, unfortunately. He got the job done but that's it. We were celebrating a birthday and told them multiple times, however our birthday person didn't get the promised ice cream and almost didn't get the song either. We highly recommend the filet, it is delicious and so tender. The Teriyaki Steak was tough steak (medium) drenched in sauce. The rice is delish and you can also ask for it to be prepared spicy, which 2 of our guys did. Overall we enjoy Benihana but would really like a more energetic chef to enhance the experience.

This was by far the best cooked dinner we've ever had. Chef Tommy cooked all of the food perfectly and was very personable! The bathrooms were not very clean. Looked like they've been cleaned with a dirty rag, disappointing.

Service is usually good, but this was the worst ever experience with a waiter. Not sure if we will be going back again.

Our meal was incredible. My father had never been and he throughly enjoyed himself. The chef was entertaining and prepared our meals with finesse. I can't wait to go back.

Went for a graduation party for my son. The server was friendly and very helpful. Our chef Tim was fantastic and celebrated my son's graduation with us. Would definitely recommend!
