The restaurant was extremely cold and when o told the manager he said he fixed it but he didn’t because it was so cold that we couldn’t enjoy our meal especially that it was my son bday. And my mother got sick with a high fever

They got the order wrong. Food was way overcooked and dry! Soup was not hot. Place wasn’t very clean. Menus were dirty and sticky. Way overpriced for garbage!

We have an enjoyable dinner, chef entertain us with his delivery and presentation. His assistant was very helpful, patience to help us select our dinner. We plan to visit Benihana again.. we did received 4 gift cards to help us want to have dinner again very soon. A experience we look forward to share with family and friends.

We were sat immediately when we walked in (Positive). Then we sat at the table for about 10-15 minutes after the waiter took our drink order. The waiter said after about 10 minutes "Hopefully" a cook will be with you soon. Other tables were up and running but we just sat there. We have good company so waiting wasn't too bad. Major negative: when ordering for our two kids (who don't eat rice) we were told we couldn't substitute noodles and we would need to pay extra. After the conversation, I just said ok (even though I wasn't pleased with the policy). I did order the extra noodles. We ordered two kids' entrees which also come with the rice, shrimp, and veggies. The entree with the chicken fingers ( I thought I knew it came with all the above but she was served none). When I got the check it was $21 plus and all she received was soup and tenders. So she missed out on the experience. I was then charged half the price but my thing is its more about the experience. I was very disappointed.

I requested for a high chair for my toddler but got a booster seat instead. But it’s ok. I just hope next time, they should be aware of the request/s of their guest/s. Food and place was great! The chef, maybe he’s tired or something, but he’s not that energetic. But my toddler enjoyed our stay. Will still come back.

It's gotten so pricey! We get seated with another party of 4 only this party is 4 huge people who have already occupied two thirds of the 8 people table. My family had to squeeze ourselves in the one third of space left. The chef assigned to us was either first time at her job or someone really bad at her job or someone who had to show up to work when she wasn't feeling 100%.

We arrived and had to wait just a few minutes. After getting seated we waited almost an hour till our cook came over. The waitress came to tell us there was a delay after being seated for 30+ min. For our first time there I was not happy. We then had to look for the waitress to ask for refills. The food was ok but not for that price. Not too happy.

Waited 45 minutes before the chef arrived. Once he came, the food was great. Benihana needs to do a better job of scheduling and managing reservations. If that kind of wait time is normal, they could at least alert customers.
