It was Christmas, so it was packed. But the service and food quality was great! It has improved a lot since the last time we were there 2 years ago. Prices went up, but for a special occasion, it was worth it.

Food was tasteless and up charge for every single thing. The noodles and rice that comes with the entree was a up charge. I felt like I was being robbed on Christmas Day. Overpriced for low quality food.

The cook was wonderful. The ladies sitting with us were fun. The server was a little slow, but she did accommodate us. Overall, we enjoyed our meal and visit.

The food at Benihana is always outstanding, and it's a real treat to watch the team make the food at the tableside grill. This unique dining experience never gets old. The seafood is fresh and the steaks are generously sized, moist and tender. However, last night, when it was 25 degrees outside, the heater in the restaurant was not working. We dined in our winter coats. I raised my concerns about the heater with the staff upon my arrival. My concerned were shrugged off. We were not cheap diners. In my party of five, three of us ordered the filet and shrimp (DELICIOUS!) and all members of our party had three cocktails a piece. The restaurant didn't even comp us a drink to make up for the chilly dining situation. We will be back - but I will make sure the heater is working first:)

It was my daughter 16th BD and she had a blast. Jabari took good care of them and thank you Jabari to make it memorable for my daughter!.

It’s gotten pretty pricey but still good…they need to update the decor for the prices charged.

I love this place, usually. But on this night, it was cold outside. We were seated at a Hibachi table on the side to the right of the entrance that's separated by some decorative panels. The temperature of the dining room in that part of the restaurant was literally ICE cold. Everyone in my party had to wear their outdoor coats throughout our meal. We complained four times and were repeatedly told it would get warmer. One staff member was clumsy enough to ensure that the dining area would warm up once the Hibachi table was turned on. Well, guess what? It didn't get warmer. The manager literally did nothing to make things better. $360 meal. So disappointing. Benihana can do better.

I have not been to this new location. I use to go to the location near the metro. The quality and experience has not changed. Great food, service, and experience.

Our waiter was so sweet. The food was subpar, however. I was really disappointed because I only get to have Benihana when I visit from out of town. For the price we paid, I don’t believe it was worth it.

We went there to celebrate my daughter's birthday - mostly for the entertainment that comes with the chef cooking live at your table. What we got was possibly a trainee chef who didn't provide any of the entertainment that we saw going on at other tables, overcooked some foods, served foods in the wrong order and was generally just not comfortable with what they were doing. It was a very expensive meal - would've expected a lot more on offer at that price point.
