Wait staff excellent. Our chef struggled with the meal (served food to wrong ppl, way over seasoned food, dropped knives several times) BUT he was polite and was truly doing the best he could. The food tasted off… yum yum sauce tasted old and the fried rice did not taste fresh (maybe the sauces used?). Been to plenty of Benihanas over the years and always thought food was good. Just not the case here. Will not be back.

Second time in a row where the chef had no idea what they were doing. Cooked everything separately and the table next to us who were seated later, finished 30 min before us. Waited 30 min for soup and salad to come out. Waited an hour for the chef to come out despite having a reservation. Looked like there was no training for him to cook hibachi whatsoever. Didn’t speak or say anything either.

Our chef was fun. The kids had a great time and the food was exactly what they wanted. It was a good experience.

Very nice, personable and good food. Coulda did without the flickering of the lights and banging of the spatulas from the Lady Chef.

Came out with friends to have my yearly birthday celebration. The hibachi chef was not very exciting. Though we had 2 small children he did not entertain us. He also got my order slightly incorrect. I've been to Benihanas several times not only at this location, but other cities as well and he definitely wasn't my favorite at all. Please do not let this determine if you would like to dine here or not. It's truly an experience to enjoy.

Our assigned Server was inattentive, often whistling in front of us whilst we attempted to convey our orders. Provided no follow up on wait time for my Mom’s meal and this was after everyone else had their order for at least least fifteen minutes, for context we were a party of six. I had to ask the hostess for a to go container, after requesting one from our server. This is also while I can clearly see him in the circular frame of the kitchen service door speaking to other service members. When he finally arrived with the requested to go container, he tells us we didn’t have to ask the hostess, “he got us.” It was not a good experience at all, he was one of the reasons why we wanted to leave. We did not feel welcomed. On the other hand our Cook who prepared the meal was a true delight, he is from Haiti I believe. Very engaging and conversed with all members of my family even the children, always with a smile. He realized my mom was not served as yet and gave her some fried rice. She ordered the Poke Bowl. In short we will not be returning.

Chef Luis and our waitress were both fantastic!! The food was excellent and our kids loved the noodles with rice and "kids chopsticks". It was such a fun atmosphere!

Benihana has definitely fallen off. The noodles were too salty, there was hair in the food and the prices don't match the quality of food. Our server was THE BEST. She provided us with great service, and she was so sweet.

The food is delicious, the service can be a bit slow. Honestly, without a birthday coupon for 30$ off, I would not go here. Dinner for two without adult drinks or desserts can run 150$ without a coupon.

There for a birthday. The service was excellent from the front door greeter to the chef to the servers was friendly, polite and efficient. The food was excellent. Tge ambiance was great, beautiful, clean and colorful! We had an excellent time. The cost was celebration affordable, meaning if you want a good time you need to be willing to spend a little more. Our party of ten loved it!!
