Bienvenue au Benihana qui vous invite a vivre une expérience culinaire pas comme les autres ! Vous serez assis en groupe à des tables communes, où votre chef personnel manipulera devant vous l'art ancien du Teppanyaki. Maniant ses ustensiles avec dextérité, le chef élabore devant vous ses créations culinaires : steak savoureux, poulet tendre ou fruits de mer succulents, qui ne manqueront pas de combler votre palais et de ravir vos yeux. Vous dégusterez également des sushis préparés par un talentueux maître sushi et des cocktails de spécialités. Le Benihana - Beaverton est situé à proximité du centre commercial Washington Square, du côté ouest de l'autoroute 217. Le restaurant possède une superbe terrasse où vous pourrez déguster un dîner de sushis et de Teppanyaki pendant la journée ou auprès du foyer extérieur le soir. Il propose également deux salles à manger privées, la première dotée de 2 tables de Teppanyaki pour 16 à 20 personnes, la seconde munie de 3 tables, parfaite pour les plus grands groupes.

    "We made a reservation for 8:00 PM to celebrate my daughter’s birthday but weren’t seated until 9:00 PM. The host explained that due to staffing shortages, there would be a delay, which I understood as we drove in from Vancouver, WA, to join family in the area. The manager came out to thank us for our patience, and once seated, it took another 30 minutes for our drink orders to be taken. Despite the challenges, both the waiter and chef were fantastic, especially given the long hours (12 PM to 10:15 PM). I truly appreciated their hard work. Unfortunately, the late timing had an impact on our experience. The chef began cooking around 10:10 PM, and by that point, my daughter was exhausted from school and sports, falling asleep at the table. I also had to call in late to my night shift job, which was a bit of a hassle. The delay was really lengthy, and it could have been avoided with better staffing.It also had been mentioned by staff that several employees had quit that day, which contributed to the issue. Additionally, my daughter almost missed out on being sung "Happy Birthday" – a standard tradition at the restaurant. Only two people sang to her, while normally a larger group is involved. To make matters worse, they didn't have enough fried rice to serve, so they had to use pre-cooked rice that had already been mixed into other orders. Overall, while the staff did their best under tough circumstances, proper staffing and planning could have made this a more enjoyable experience." at least we could’ve been given a discount for waiting two hours to even start eating or get drinks.. nothing

    this was a very good suprise, there was a new thing that I saw, not a very easy thing as I have been to Benihana alot. Our waitress has a pretty good fake Japanese accent, she did not understand the language at all or pretended not to know. Food was actually very tasty and cooked very well, best I have had in a while from Benihana. Nick was very entertaining and does deserve alot of Kudos!!

    Reservation was at 7 and didn’t get seated until 8:30. Have two young kids and didn’t get our food until 9:30 and didn’t get out the door until 10:20. It was extremely loud, even once we got seated the service was extremely slow and it was wildly expensive, with the kids meals $25 each. Won’t go back.

    We had a reservation and had to wait nearly an hour before we were seated. The server was pretty gruff. Our chef, Nick, was fabulous. We probably won't go again. It's very expensive and while the food was OK, it's not worth the cost. You really pay for the 'show', which was great thanks to Nick.

    My fiancé and I have been coming here for years. Today was the first time where we were disappointed. there famous garlic butter is by far the best, now when the chef made the fried rice he barely put any garlic butter in the rice, it made the rice have almost no taste and was extremely disappointing, everything else was very delicious and will continue to come here but this time was extremely saddening.

    Unfortunately we ate at the lounge and our food was cool, scallops and shrimp uncooked, steak was cut well, raw zucchini.

    We waited an hour and a half past our 6 pm reservation to be seated. All we heard were excuses from staff and management.
