Bienvenue au Benihana qui vous invite a vivre une expérience culinaire pas comme les autres ! Vous serez assis en groupe à des tables communes, où votre chef personnel manipulera devant vous l'art ancien du Teppanyaki. Maniant ses ustensiles avec dextérité, le chef élabore devant vous ses créations culinaires : steak savoureux, poulet tendre ou fruits de mer succulents, qui ne manqueront pas de combler votre palais et de ravir vos yeux. Vous dégusterez également des sushis préparés par un talentueux maître sushi et des cocktails de spécialités. Le Benihana - Beaverton est situé à proximité du centre commercial Washington Square, du côté ouest de l'autoroute 217. Le restaurant possède une superbe terrasse où vous pourrez déguster un dîner de sushis et de Teppanyaki pendant la journée ou auprès du foyer extérieur le soir. Il propose également deux salles à manger privées, la première dotée de 2 tables de Teppanyaki pour 16 à 20 personnes, la seconde munie de 3 tables, parfaite pour les plus grands groupes.

    Everything was amazing besides the hosts at the front. They seemed confused and not helpful at all. We check in a few minutes early when we got there waited and was seated after another group of people and couple that came after us. We made reservations and normally wouldn’t mind but, it absolutely seemed very disrespectful and no explanation was given besides that my reservation was at the time I set…. Hosts 0/10, everyone else 10/10! Which is why we tipped cash to who deserved it. Thanks for the awesome dinner regardless 🫶🏽

    Even with a reservation we waited just over 45mins past our time to be seated. Then our chef had a hard time with the cook top not getting hot enough. He was great though! Because of the long wait time and the the cooktop not being hot enough, we were there for just under 3hrs and had to run for an event we had tickets for. I asked to pay and let them know we would skip dessert. I kept thinking I was overcharged and had my sister pull up the menu. Turns out we were overcharged by $40. Luckily, with a phone call and some research on their end, we got a call back and they refunded the difference immediately. It wasn’t my best overall experience at the restaurant-3 times this year-but I’d definitely still go back and also recommend this place. The food is soooo good and the chef’s do a great job.

    Since when do you have required seating at a table? We had 3 different families - a set of 2, a set of 3 and a set of 3. We were the first to arrive (family of 2) and went to sit at the end of the table - the host (a male) insisted the two of us sit in the middle, scrunched in between everyone. He was rude about it too when I questioned it. I am 6 feet 8 inches tall, and I was squished in the middle of the table because I was TOLD I needed to sit there. The cook was a little off as well - didn't give any dipping sauces until we ASKED for it towards the end. That's normally one of the first things they do. Also, I don't like eggs and it usually isn't an issue because the chefs clean the cooking service after making fried rice. This cook did not keep the cooking table clean as he cooked different types of foods. This was the worst experience I have had there... and I feel like we eat there frequently enough. The guy who sat us at the table - I'll never forget that attitude. I doubt we will be back.

    Making a reservation is useless. As I was told by the person answering the phone "Your reservation is at xxx, but we'll seat you as soon as we have a table available." My res was for 8:15, I told them we were here, and we waited until almost 9 before being seated, and only after we complained that someone who came after us (a much larger party) was seated before us. Don't waste time making a reservation, just show up and be pushy. That is the only way to get seating at a reasonable time. The server was amazing, the Chef was awesome. I would go again except I'd rather not have to be pushy or wait an hour for my table.
